I feel Ahaan is SRK's spiritual successor and the next superstar of India. He is basically an outsider since he was on the lowest tier of nepokids.
Ahaan needs to focus on romantic movies IMO to reach superstardom. There is a legit romantic hero vacuum since SRK and he has the potential to fill it. YRF needs to be smart and cast him in a really well made romantic film next....none of the stupid spyverse and action stuff. Adi needs to go back to YRF's roots now that he has a boy who can deliver in the romance genre.
None of the Ranbir, Ranveer, Vicky generation of actors could become heartthrobs because they were never successful as pure romantic heroes, and now they are too old to work as romantic heroes. Ahaan is the only alternative currently seeing how horrid the other nepo male kids are and how none of the outsiders are making any noise either.
If his career is managed smartly, focus on acting, building stardom playing a romantic hero, staying low key, inoffensive PR and maintaining distance from the nepo brigade whom everyone dislikes, he can actually be it. The male superstar of the next decade.
Although I see similarities between people's reaction to Ahaan's debut feature film performance and SRK's one in Deewana, I would not give Ahaan a label as his upbringing and the time he lives in are completely different.
SRK may be Ahaan's model in certain ways but he's Aryan's close friend.
To SRK, Amitji was the model and yet, he became a superstar with a very different image as he had a different personality.
I would not like Ahaan getting typecast... SRK had a hard time to get away from the Raj-Rahul romantic image (although he's still labeled as the "King of Romance").
Aww he is so humble and sweet.
I really do wonder why? Is it because Ishaan lacks the looks, height, glamour and charm of a typical mainstream Bollywood hero? He seems to be...
