What’s surprising is thepla and kadhi..cant imagine them together. Glad he made chhundo coz Thepla is best served with chhundo or green chutney

Really? I’ve never tried the combination. We, Sindhis don’t eat kadhi and khichdi together, maybe that’s why it sounded odd to me.

Oh yes, I forgot he made chhundo- that’s the sweet mango pickle right? I love that.

Ya chhundo is khatta meetha pickle. Grated raw mango me salt, sugar, chilli powder and jeera powder.

Try masala khichdi (tadke wali) with gujarati kadhi, buttermilk or curd..tastes yum.
