You know what? This is why I love Umera and other published novelists work.

Novel has a quality and cannot be just changed. It was written decades back.

And even when a good writer writes for a channel, they have no control over the script! Can anyone believe the writer who wrote Diyar e dil, yakeen ka safar as novels will write a script like meme se mohabbat? That's an insult to her brain smiley37

MSM is doing so great because they found the mindless nasal formula and it's working great. I can't fully judge because after a long day people need a break from reality and need something that will it makes no sense but is very cutesy...I guess.

It reminded me of an another drama too. In which, they totally butchered the female lead, she went back to her villainish husband, got pregnant, then her husband left her after delivery.

Also, I feel a drama like SMD could have been saved. To make it so scandalous was a purposeful choice by the producer and the director. They did have control of how to steer the project and they chose shock factors lol. Wrong move in the long run.

Like horror movies with jump scare are cheap while a movie with a strong theme and appropriate scare is iconic.

@bold which one?. I will keep up with this slow via reviews and this thread only now

Nashwa ki mother real villain hai is drame ki. Itna bhi kya doormat hona ke beti ko rapist se shadi karne par majboor hona pad jaye? Agar us jahannum ko chhod kar Nashwa ke saath alag ghar me rehne chali jaati to aaj Nashwa ki zindagi kharaab na hoti.

No i started it way back like last year only when it had 5 episodes I guess. I am so invested that after watching the episode I need to read what others are saying and couldn't stop myself from writing @Aliziba63

I think it was dil e muzter? The Sanam jung drama.

But there are more dramas like that.

Coming back to this drama, it seems like only 4 or 6 more episodes are left? The ending will be rushed.

I just hope mahi gets justice. I hope everyone involved gets punished. No crime happens without enablers who either hinder, create the situation or remain silent while having the power to do something.

I'm really happy for Bisma. The Bisma Asim is happy ending is so nice.

As far as Nashwa goes I hope she gets whatever brings her peace.

Don't care about anyone else.

Also something important. There is a basic misunderstanding about how law works. I'm not talking about this particular drama. In the real world, one needs to be proven guilty in court. Not the other way around lol. If someone is accused, it is not to be proven otherwise. It is to prove it lol. Like prove what you're accusing someone of is true. Example, if you're accused of stealing something then whoever accuses or brings forward a grievance, that party needs to prove it happened. It is mainly on them to prove it.

From people's word online it seems like they lack some basic civic knowledge lol. I hope they're never on jury duty.

Unfortunately, the system with many players is mostly bought by the rich and powerful and it is set up by them.

But regardless, logon ko thoda sa samajh hone chahiye system ki lol.

First of all, just because someone disagrees with a viewpoint, it doesn't mean they need a lesson in law or civic responsibility. After all, everyone involved here is well-educated and fully aware of the laws in their own country. But of course, let’s not let that stop anyone from trying to "school" others. It’s always nice when people assume that because their opinion differs, it must be shared by the entire world. How thoughtful!

Now, as for Ammar—the same guy that some people are so eager to whitewash—let’s not forget the little detail that he had multiple FIRs filed against him before the Maheen incident even occurred. No matter how much one tries to justify it, whether he was directly involved in the assault or not, the facts don’t change. He took her to a club with questionable intentions and, oh, added a little “special orange juice” to her drink. But hey, no guilt, no remorse, and definitely no empathy after her death. But sure, let's go ahead and excuse his actions because he's apparently got the looks, right? A guy with a string of FIRs, a reputation for being a philanderer, and a druggie shouldn’t be given a pass just because some think he’s hot. That's a whole other issue. Then, to top it off, the same people who defend him are trying to bully others and label them "Usana fans" just because they prefer Burhan as a character. Maybe it’s time they take a crash course on the difference between reel and real. How about they start with a refresher on basic morals before trying to educate the rest of us on civic sense?

No girl would choose someone like Ammar—his character and actions speak for themselves. But sure, let’s continue justifying and whitewashing his behavior, because that’s definitely working. The real question here is: when it comes to marriage, would anyone pick someone with Burhan's qualities, or would they go for someone like Ammar? Most people, I’m sure, wouldn’t even consider someone with his history, but it’s still okay to pressure others for not agreeing with their views and taunt them.about "civic sense" right?

Everyone here knows the difference between reel and real, right? I mean, it's not that hard. Personally, I’m a huge fan of Nameer after watching his interviews—he really knows how to carry himself, and same goes for Yumna. But that doesn’t mean I’m automatically going to support every character they play. For example, when I called out Zarnab in GM for falling for a thug (which, let’s be honest, didn’t exactly suit her morally upright character), a lot of people were so irritated. Same goes for Ammar—I don’t have to back his character just because I like the actor. I’m not a fan of Usama, but Burhan? Oh, I love that character. And my opinion of an actor doesn’t always reflect on the character they portray—unlike some people here who seem to think their opinions are the universal truth and love to preach to everyone else.

Isn't it clear that Ammar raped Maheen? Log kyu bol rahe he ke uspar sirf accusation hai wo guilty prove nahi hua? Us ladki ne ghar aakar video dikhayi, Ammar ne khud kabool kiya ke ye sab usne kiya ab kya bacha sabit karne ko?

Oh dear, looks like you are gonna be officially branded a "Usama fan" now! Apparently, this guy is so clueless and pure-hearted that he didn’t quite catch what happened to Maheen. According to some, he didn’t do it—oh no, it was his friends who were behind it. Apparently, that’s supposed to magically exonerate him, even though he was still part of the whole mess, helping dump her and sending threats with MMS. But hey, no worries, all that can just be swept under the rug, right?

Because some folks are too busy fantasizing about their “happily ever after” for him. I’ve even seen gems like, “Maybe he was just high on drugs when it all went down,” and “He probably doesn’t even remember what happened that night.” I guess some people are really reaching to paint him as Mr. Innocent!
