I disagree with second point. Ekta gave the most iconic love stories and jodis in her heyday: Anurag-Prerna, Kashish-Sujal, Anurag-Tani, Prem-Heer, Piya-Abhay and bgms were chef's kiss.

Actually, RR wasn't talking her calls. So, she said in her mind, "Ye ladka (Neil) kitna suljha hua hai...aur ek ye Rituraj hai jisne bina kuch sune hi mera phone cut kar diya..."
