I too was 17/18 then. Jab bhi viva aur practicals dikhaate, I was like ye kya paagalpan dikha rahe hain? Actually most people watched it for SanDheer chemistry par mujhe plot me interest na aaye, to I don't care about chemistry and actors much. Usse better I found show Paanch and Gumraah.

Mujhe toh bohut hi manhoos lagta tha woh show. Bachpan mein toh dekha nhi tha bade hoke bhi zyaada hype nhi samajh aayi
