Technically Abhira was the same age when she got married to Armaan .. though Sharon I guess is just 17-18

in the story Abhira is younger than Charu or same age as her .. ruhi , abhir and Rohit are 7-8 years older than Abhira and Arman is 9-10 years older ..

Kiara was in school when Abhira got married to Armaan and it’s been 3-4 years since that

Naksh and Tara's wedding broke later Naksh married Kirti and fell in love with her.

Anisha was involved in EMA and died later Kairav fell in love with Muskaan and married her.

In the previous two gens legacy boy moved on with their wives.

Naksh and Tara had broken up years before he married Keerti. And he fell for Keerti after their marriage. Kairav's ex-girlfriend had an affair and died while trying to emotionally blackmail him. He later fell in love with Muskaan and married her. So most likely, Abhir will also fall for Kiara in some time.
