There was a need for remake simply because kids were already a part of Savi and Rajat's life, they couldn't take baby leap with them

Sai would have been 13 and Kiaan 18

Savi and Rajat's daughter 5 years old

Hitesh and Bhavika are too young to play parents to such old children

Shakti himself had clause during Silsila, Drashti quit because she didn't want to play a mother and Shakti agreed to stay and they made his daughter address him as Buddy instead of father to honor the clause

You'd say there was no need to replace Ishaan because TRPs were good, they did the same here, they take leaps when they want to, not because they have to

Even Sairat could have continued the show but they took the leap and killed them

Ghum was top 5 consistently and top 3 since few weeks now. They did more than good with copy paste of an popular Hindi show.

Fl got her dream fulfilled

Had her own child without miscarriage or surrogacy

Got supportive husband and in laws.

Hope they continue showing happy ending for this new story too.

Exactly

Stretching story is ridiculous, they should bring characters to an end and complete their arc, give them happy ending

Consistently in top 5 means it was in top 5 most of the time, TRP is not a stagnant process, you have to take average, one or two weeks it was out of top 5 that too with 2.2 or similar TRPs to those shows in top 5 so the ranking was on the basis of reach = channel promotions

Highest TRP for Hindi GEC since they took leap is 2.6 of UKA, in which world 2.3 is a flop? All shows are getting same TRPs

You can change the definition of consistency, but it doesn’t make it a fact.

Fact is Ghum 3 was never consistently in top 5 which you claimed. It went out of top 5 multiple times which Ghum never went out of before. Yes it went out of the 5th position not once or twice but more than that during its duration.

Even if you claim to take the average of ranking, then Ghum 1 and Ghum 2 were in top 2 most of the times. So Ghum3 which was barely in the 5th and slipping to 6th position over and over was a major flop in comparison to Ghum1&2.

What, however, was hit during Ghum3 was YRKKH4 which used to be rarely ever above Ghum during Ghum1 and Ghum2. Ghum3 flopping majority benefited rishta as it was ahead of it for majority of Ghum3 run. Rishta is running despite all the bad wishes towards it while Ghum 3 closed!

I didn't change any definition, if you think 3 weeks out of top 5 in 7 months is not consistency then you can use any word you want, you are also using "flop" for it

Rishta is running since 16 years and Ghum is still running if you switch on the channel, if Ghum was a "flop", they wouldn't have taken a Gen leap, they would have ended it

Rishta's lowest TRP of 1.4 was achieved by YRKKH4, it also went out of top 10 which other Gens did not

You won't get simple thing that unlike YRKKH, ghum makers take leaps when they want to, like they killed Ishaan even though the show was doing well and they killed Sairat when they could have reunited them

I get as Ishaan fan, you are trying to bring YRKKH4 because you think I want it to go off air, but I am not petty, I don't even speak against those actors, I also watch YRKKH4, unlike you I know shows have many people working behind it and when it goes off air, many lose their jobs so this YRKKH4 thing won't work for me

I am watching Ghum 3 too because being salty and hating on actors is silly 🤷‍♀️ It is a good story, they will do well

Forget rishta. Even new shows like UKA and AAA went ahead of Ghum3. The show which used to be in top 2 most of the times during season 1 and season 2 fell down to 5th and 6th position for majority of season 3 run.

X was right. Some are truly unlucky. Whichever show they support to somehow desperately try to defeat rishta4, that show goes down. Tried so hard to support Ghum3 out of spite, but it closed while rishta4 is on air and Abhimaan remains a popular Jodi. Rishta even went to 1st position during Ghum3.

My only argument was that in which universe would anyone say that in a pool of 100 shows, a show which was ranking in top 5 for "majority" of time was a flop 🤷‍♀️

You are way too involved in fandom fights looks like you are one of those Shakti fans who keep talking to Badi Bahu and all accounts, I thought you were actually discussing it

Please continue your twitter fight with someone who actually acts like you do 👍

Just a reality. The ones always defending Ghum3 are no surprise Bhavika fans which makes sense but the other ones are conveniently Rishta3 fans who hate Rishta4 and really thought the flop Ghum3 will somehow beat Rishta4 and kept hyping Ghum3. Even doing it now and trying to change the narrative and definitions. The opposite happened in reality. Ghum3 flopped and Rishta4 is on air and even went to 1st position which I doubt rishta3 ever went to.

PS. This is not for all Rishta3 fans and for some I am friends with too. But it applies to many who deliberately supported Ghum3 and still supporting it for obvious reasons lol.

I am watching Ghum since season 1, your reality is as real as Ghum season 2 being a flop.

This is TRP of last week, but according to your logic Ghum is flop

1000008255.jpg

Some shows go up and some go down, logical reasoning is applied while discussing data, I was discussing data but you want fan wars so you involved Harshad fans, Gen 3 of YRKKH fans and Rishta Gen 4 in it

As I said you are way too involved in fandom fights of twitter to see reasoning, those 100 accounts on twitter don't contribute one bit to TRP

Your conspiracy theories will work on a group of badi bahus on twitter because 100 accounts of twitter don't mean anything in terms of remuneration

Have fun discussing more conspiracy theories, I am out
