Nahi yaar yeh ranian films se bhi bojat zyada ghatiya thi caz woh phir bhi kuch na kuch beech main funny ya enetertsinugn toh hoti hai for timepass and not overanlyzing..yeh toh straight up horrible film thi..it is on Netflix called love today..and dusra I just am finding yeh pairing hi bohat odd

Ditto to what you said about liking how they showed Mannat standing up for herself and Malla when those guys were harassing them....especially kaise jawaab diya of their cheap talk of dhak ke rakho nahin toh koi bhi haath daalega....

Vik constantly looks amused or fascinated by Mannat....woh fight ke beech mein jab Mannat khud ghus ke gundo ko peetne ki koshish kar rahi thi, the way Vik turned around and looked at her with amusement before mouthing "I got this, relax"

And yeah the paani wala bit was refreshing....even though there is constant symbolism of him being her protector in the story, they add these light/irreverent bits to not make their scenes just about look look hawaa hawaa....Vik is fascinated by her but not flat/lattu types.

And he does seem to be very principled and disciplined about his work....they are giving him dialogues again and again about how this is his HARD WORK and dream....he is fierce about giving dignity to his hard work and dreams.....and baaki his contempt for spoilt brats who are just born with a silver spoon....lol seems like he doesn't take his wealth seriously at all and doesn't consider himself in that category....woh "self made" aspect is pushed about him more than being a rich kid. No wonder he has no patience for Malla cuz she gives constant spoilt brat vibes.

Waise Malla was decent in this epi with how she was trying to support Mannat with her mom's health issue....but baaki she is too much of a bimbo to ever understand the sensitivity of any situation....lol

Pacing was good indeed in the first week.....but I hope next week onwards Mannat ki job lag jaaye and restaurant wala track shuru kar dein.....

Haan mala ka i have taken it woth a pinch of salt caz kya pata kab she will flip maare so for now her genuineness is nice but jab pata hai ke yeh zyada Der nahi rehni toh I do not wanna have koi emotion for her but I did like how she went out of her comfort zone to help and was genuinly concerned toh dosti bhi genuine lagi toh dekhte hain kab tak it lasts

Yes really liking how vikrant ka character is shaping up totally different to what one can assume about him..it is truly refreshing and yeh bhi ke khud achieve karke bhi isko ghamand nahi hai their is humanity in him.but he also knows how to handle things without overdoing it and seedhi baat rakhta hai so far dil main dabba ke nahi bhaitha kuch bhi he was pretty straight about him having a bigger share too in the restaurant asool ka pakka hai but also knows his limits too . I was also happy about how everytime he has protected/saved mannat toh bhi they don't go into uncomfortable.body language always keeps the decency and casual this is 4th the 5th time but the way they move on past it..yes appreciate lack of look look hawa hawa ya mannat ka bhi itnaaaaaaa lattu ho jaana for now ofcourse aage they will use this jab bhi realize karana hoga usse love but abhi ke liye it is normal and nice

What a Performer Sabeena is.. I randomly came across this on YouTube today and she blew me away. Forst MJ/KP and now this . She is terrific in these kind of roles where she has to adapt and fit into a certain criteria. Rather than playing your normal everyday modern girl roles. Also the song is nice too but I was too blown away by the acting by both in this ke song pe dhyaan kam gaya mera in one viewing

Oh wow quite an emotional MV.....and yes, fab acting from both actors ....Sabeena has gone a long way to remove her super cringe Haya impression

Caught up on the last two epis of Mannat....slow epis the cuz more focused on Maa-beti scenes and baaki woh head vamp landing in Mumbai.

But yeh parallels of ManVik meeting at the same seaside area were a nice touch

me too caught up on all.. they have stopped adding it to youtube and it is so annoying to go look for episodes but khair.. Enjoyed both the episodes actually.. I hope the trp's support this pacing caz theys till dealt woth both truths in 2 episodes which is a record for ITV and also handled the afetrmath quiete nicely too of both the truths.. I liked the way mannat handled it and was being ehr positive self after that too . yeah it shook her but i liekd how she didn't go into hai abla toh main hoon zone handled it maturely by taking her time and then comignback when she was ready.. and clearing it for her mom and givign her the sukoon too. i am gonna refer to shruti as mom hi .. the Beach scene was indeed lovely to watch the way his lines about the kashti took ehr out from her zone became her umeed and for a sec i thought she rememebred vikrant from gurdwara listenign about the kashti but nahi and also liked how the boat then reached her eventually yahan thoda distance se bhi he kept his aksam of being a support very nice indeed.. also liekd him wodnering too how it feels familiar

baaki sonia/ aishwariya ka scene with saasu maa was kinda enetertaining for me for now.. i kinda like the clarity in dynamic here too but also it had more namak kinda vibe ratehr than putright toxic.. i am actually sof ar enjoyign sonia/aish too caz this vamp just doesn't feel outright unbearable and TYpicalll or outlandish like the most vamps.. this one as yous aid the other day has a certain kind of hangover of Classic vamps so far.. so let's hope trp supports it too so we don't see an instant wa;a flip.. i am liking how she was havign this friction with ehr saas and pati ko dho doa but it didn't felt liek outright BADTAMEEZI zone ke so called woke evil bahu dikhani hai toh LOUD OTT badtameezi dikhao.. she is a business woman but abhi tak lag bhi rahi hai

also mujhe thodi hassi bhi aayi ke she was liek abhi junior chefs appoint karne hain but wasn't vikrant saying in the previosu episodes ke restaurant launch is ina day or 2? so shouldn't that be the first thign before even deciding that..hiring the chefs and deciding and tasting he menu and uski uality?? khair.. jaane do

another small critique is mannat ka cokign scene ..it could've been filmed beeter. heck ads are filmed better that kahana or chopping and stuff was lookign too domesticated and kisi boaht kamal ke resturant chef( as in a degree) chef ka nahi laga mujhe..bohat normal sab of every maa behan ki cookign wala laga.. aur kuch nahi toh bas decorated sabzi chopping hi dikha dete rakh dete to amke it more beleivable ke she is skilled and bas har maa behan wali chef nahi hai

haan i know mujhe name yaad nahi aa raha tha when i posted this but phir aa gaya.. this is horrible Netflix pe bhi time waste na karna sister.. i thought it would be rom com from the synopsis on netflix when it cmae and then instantly regretted it so draggeeedddd and baaki horrible in terms of content and the themes

Watched aaj ka MEM epi.....it was a nice one :)

Hum thode din pehle hi baat kar rahe the ki when will Talha call her "Roshi" and aaj dikhaya ek scene mein him saying "Roshi" to try and wake her up....nice bit subtly done. He reverted back to Ayat baad mein

Whole portion of showing Roshi so scared wandering the streets in her drugged state and calling Talha for help was very nicely filmed....ek subtlety thi rather than going the extra melodramatic route. And even the way Talha handled her parents was done with subtlety.

Roshi dumbo was more fixated on "maine murder kar diya, police mujhe pakad ke le jaayegi"....lol....so she only relaxed once Talha ne pata karvaya ki woh Shariq kisi hospital mein hai very much alive.

Roshi only briefly got to meet Mohid in Talha's house when she woke up and she saw him addressing Talha as "Paa"....but detailed meeting next epi mein hogi shayad.

Last scene was Roshi trying to explain to Talha in the office ki main aisi ladki nahin hoon and him admonishing her ki I did warn you about Shariq but aap kahaan sunti hain kisi ki.....Roshi muh latka ke resign karne ka bol rahi thi when he told her ki this will only make your parents figure out something is wrong...so go to your desk and do you work imaandaari se....itne mein relax hogayi Roshi and jaate jaate window se dekh ke gayi Talha ko with big smile

Next week ke teaser mein looks like more Roshi-Talha bonding coming up and also Mohid coming to the office and bonding with Roshi
