Abhinav literally came with great idea to make ABhir feel like a burden on them that contributed to Abhir s depression.

Please if we start talking about character flaws than no character will be spared apart from Gen 1.

Abhira loves Armaan and she's ready to become a doormat to anyone so as to be on his good books (At least this is what I have deciphered out from the ongoing track). She tolerated all beizzatiss of Vidya and horrible behavior of Armaan for 3 months after her marriage, put her own life at a risk by progressing into a critical pregnancy for what??? Just to make Armaan happy. She was an extremely smart, self esteemed and carrier oriented girl but the day she got married for the second time, she got transformed into another Anupama.

She is guilt tripping her brother like Akshara and Abhinav guilt tripped Abhimanyu, she has many qualities of her parents

Drama of being good person while actively doing wrong things also a quality of her parents

Nowhere did I say that Abhinav was perfect. But no. Despite his follies, he tried to make things easier for Abhir and it backfired lol.

Abhira is doing what exactly that is equivalent to Abhinav's motivations? Essentially, Abhira's meri zindagi khatam ho gayi, Armaan ke liye maa ko chhudana, mein maa ko hurt nahi karna chahti, all the while her brother is literally struggling to function is rich. Irl, he could have died or as a best case scenario ended up with a permanent disability with years of rehabilation.

And this show presents it as angsty angle between the lead couple while the ML thinks that his abusive mother's "humiliation" is worse. And Abhir is being guilt-tripped by her in-laws and even her own actions that he is a terrible brother for not letting the vile woman off the hook.

This is nowhere near to whatever feelings Abhinav or Akshara had or any of things they did (barring begging Manjari to accept baby Abhira. That was disgusting).

Characters are flawed. They do get ruined after a time Especially when you are itv fl in today s times.

Abhinav was lucky because he got death over getting ruined.

When court has given a verdict then making victims feel bad for winning is not justified but both Akshara and Abhinav did it to Abhimanyu, Abhimanyu was fighting in court for his rights, he won, fair and square because Akshara and Abhinav did wrong

If they were right so is Armaan for standing with his mother because your feelings matter, not laws

Neil's death is discussed million times but people always comment on it without watching episodes, once watch it then you might understand why Akshara is blamed for it because she saved none, police did

Oh good lord. A mother is the first person who has legal rights over the child she risked to birth. Paternity fraud is when you are befrauded to give legal rights to a child without your consent. Akshara never lied to Abhinav about Abhir's paternity. There was no paternity fraud. Lol. It is a civil suit. In India, in no real sense, would Abhimanyu get Abhir's custody especially after abandoning Abhir's mother after her medical trauma and constantly refusing to listen to her calls for reconcliation.

Do you think any court thinks that a person who had divorce papers ready in case his wife goes through miscarriage is the most stabilizing parenting figure to a child who had already seen and grew up in a happy family? Lol.

All Akshara had to do was she didn't feel it safe for her unborn child to be around people who had kicked her out of her marital house (a form of domestic violence) and any court in the world would rule in her favour.

Only in Rajan Shahi's show could Abhimanyu win a custody case like Abhir would be shown as selfish brother after getting magically cured of spinal paralysis. Things that are impossible in real life.
