Oh okay thank you for clarifying, that makes sense then because I was so confused lol. Here we can only sit in our bar exam after completing our JD. We don’t have any other law degrees as far as I know.

As of now, as per the show, Shivani passed away when Armaan was an infant. I think Madhav had already abandoned her before her death and later brought Armaan to PH. But if they introduce his half-brother, they might change that and show her alive

Well according to the backstory Shivani die while giving birth to Armaan. Madhav and caretakers raise Ar till he was 4 years old, when his father brought him to PH and he was already married to Vile Vidya ji. When KP does her ghatiya baat about ganda khoon she used to blame him for his mother death and sometime speak as if Shivani is alive, so we don't know since there was no FB just Madhav or Ar and even Vidya telling her story.
