Abhinav happily accepted the baby and they pit the baby's father's name as Abhinav. That was the BC fraud. And during custody court gave the verdict to change the father's name to Abhimanyu.

Likewise, Armaan accepting the baby after knowing the Ruhi is in coma was wrong. And he accepted happily as soon as he saw Abheera was happy.

How conveniently you’re overlooking Akshara’s and Rohit’s mistakes! Akshara, as a mother, did what she thought was right at the time because Abhimanyu refused to listen to her. She acted out of fear of how society might treat Abhir differently. Yes, she was wrong—she should have contacted the Goenkas. They were still close to Abhimanyu even after the divorce and could have informed him. Alternatively, she could have reached out to Abhi after giving birth instead of marrying a stranger and giving him the rights to be called Abhir’s father.

As for Rohit, he’s nothing short of a pathetic loser. No one asked him to hand over his child to Abhira and Armaan. Armaan had already refused, but Rohit barged into the room before Armaan could explain that BSP had passed away. Without consulting anyone, Rohit placed Daksh into Abhira’s arms and declared her the mother, all because he didn’t know how long Ruhi would be in a coma and couldn’t handle the idea of being a single parent. If he wasn’t ready to take responsibility, why did he even agree to have the child?

Armaan only accepted the baby much later, just before Daksh was named, and after the child was already brought home. While Armaan is not entirely blameless, the primary responsibility for this mess lies squarely on Rohit’s shoulders.

Ruhi had left the house, Abhira was going to get her and maybe he would've found the letter thrown by Armaan

I think this was the plan, they paused entire sequence, Ruhi went back to Poddar house, Abhir was stopped by Goenkas and whole thing started from point 0 (Ruhi's phone call to Abhir) next morning

You could tell they didn't plan it

We'll know if Baby is BSP or not tomorrow because Ruhi and bacha chor 1 wouldn't be able to sit as parents for the baby, somehow Abhira and Bacha chor 2 will complete rituals

Anyway, it's not like AbhiMaan's first baby will be born when they're together. It'll be born after their separation so we need a strong reason to make sense to the separation track. It's Rishta legacy after all. Either baby is born after separation or baby birth ke baad daddy Armaan will go into coma.
