Gen 4 dynamics is different I don't see it being the same. Rohit took that baby without consulting or telling Ar while his wife lay in a coma. Armaan was dumb to even allow this crap to drag on so he they both bear the responsibilities. Abhira taking that baby if precap is true isn't right but I can understand her making that kind of irrational decision.

That part of changing the name BC the details are vague, don't remember much. Akshara had Abhir in another city so how was his father name on BC to be changed or do you mean instead of Abhimaanyu it was Abhinav name.

How is it different?? Akshara handed over the baby to Abhinav without Abhimanyu's consent and Rohit did the same.

Abhinav happily accepted the baby and they pit the baby's father's name as Abhinav. That was the BC fraud. And during custody court gave the verdict to change the father's name to Abhimanyu.

Likewise, Armaan accepting the baby after knowing the Ruhi is in coma was wrong. And he accepted happily as soon as he saw Abheera was happy.

I completely support the reveal Abhir did. Baby should go to real mother no argument there but the way reveal was done I personally didn’t like it as audience. Abhir at this point hate goenkas and dont like his sisters but reveal gave me vibe that Abbir supports Ru because he thinks Abhira did this knowingly. Makers should have showed his angry eyes on Ar and Ro.

Even if abir did this ..rem they have a double connection.. parents are siblings and they were friends..some old bonds no matter how angry will be der ..ru and abhir had a cute bond

Kirti lost nothing because of naira. But ruhi did (atleast according to ruhi). So why expecting sympathy, empathy from vamp ruhi when the same didn't given to her by mahaan leads.

A woman was told her alive baby is dead, that alive baby was being donated to her enemy by the enemy's husband, she was called all sorts of names like apshagun, no one was with her when she was grieving for her child including her husband. Atlast she finally finds out her baby is alive. But the next second her baby gets stolen from her again. But how dare she file a complaint against the woman who decided to steal the baby. Ruhi being lusty, desperate, hating abhira and her child nothing, nothing can change that stealing a kid from a mother is illegal. A mother have every right to take legal action.

Stealing a child from their mother is undoubtedly illegal, but how is handing the baby over to someone else any different? Who gave Rohit the right to decide and give their baby away to Abhira without Ruhi's consent? If Abhira deserves to go to jail for this, then so does Rohit.

If Ruhi is willing to hold her beloved husband accountable and put him behind bars as well, then I might agree with your point.
