karan looks unwell----people usually loose weight when they have diabetes or low TSH level

I think, Karan has an increased stress level, so TSH level could be an issue...but the most important issue is the responsibility he has for his production house and a looooot of people...and I don't know how he tries to deal with that... (maybe n o t in a healthy way...yet).
