Rashmi sharma.not rajan shahi.he kills his characters which is unrealistic and irritating.

Ekta did it in yhc and balh2 when the actors quit.in balh2 she wanted to replace first.but later she changed her decision as she was not able to imagine anyone else as raya.but both yhc and balh2 didn't work after killing the leads.RS and ekta shows have not worked properly after killing the main leads.

Personally I don't like killing the main leads which is irritating and unrealistic.Look at ravigun.first they killed the main leads.but after that when ud took 2 more leaps they didn't kill. They replaced the previous gen leads.Thats so natural.

RS as in Rajan Shahi? Coz killing past leads for next gen is his trademark.. check rishta, every new gen starts with past leads death… even Ekta did the same in yeh hai chahatein… I agree it’s repetitive but tbh there’s nothing wrong with it.. they served the audience for several years, so now next gen can take their place.. Shraddha was there so people could get accustomed to new gen and now they could've shown her leaving and her sons taking the legacy forward..

But i agree with you.new gen story had a lot to be explored and I am really sad that it's ending.

But why to replace Shraddha? Usually with gen leap, new leads take over past leads, and they’re cliffed. So they could’ve shown preeran dying together and story could’ve continued with Palki and her husband (whomsoever she marries)… there’s so much that can be shown.
