DONT mean to be rude its more directed at Zee. Whats the point of TRP? ... in an age of apps -netflix & SM. Do we have information if Zee network uses only TRP or includes variables like SM and site/app data in their decision making?

Think there is some equipment (have heard lav mention barometer) that is installed in that household. Guilt around how he ruined Ammu's life... but unlike you mentioned farther down the post, I think he isn't feeling guilt, he is feeling ashamed - or its more shame than guilt.

Yeah, he is scared of losing Ammu / her leaving since a long time. Perhaps also what made him marry her... but that incident is so very weird that I don't get why he did it.

Letting her go would be good but more important would be will he behave the same way or trust her this time when she brings out the truth about his mom? Here's where I found Dildaar odd yesterday - could've asked 'do you still believe she is the one who took the pics?... that she pushed your mom in front of the truck?... if not what actually happened?' [Else it becomes more like 'even if you did these to me and mom, I apologise to you'... (in other words 'look how good I am... and say I am so'.)] Since the characters don't retrospect I think the situation is going to repeat.

True. I would've felt bad if the story was good and being handled well, even if it is getting the same ratings and there is a slot change. Since it isn't the case, I actually dont care about what happens. Good if it works out well, fine if it doesn't.

One of the measures I've used is whether the new show gets better ratings than the one it replaced. Think it has been true of most shows in Zee for some time now.. which means the new show should get at least 1.3 in the opening week... Seems unlikely... but who knows, may even happen. Another thing is it doesnt look like a 'distress' slot change (as in, its doing bad so change the timing... 1.2 is decent enough for Zee standards.

Zee is definitely a stupid channel. Gossiptv called the channel dumb and said they deserve what they get. I mean seriously even though the serial is doing good job, they take risk of only this serial but not 8-9:30pm shows?? Ok three bhagyas are belong to super powerful woman but why not 8pm?? 7:30pm means trp will be like MHST serial means 0.5-0.6. But here one good thing happen that now if trp will fall, not Sriti not Arjit not story not writing and not even Mukta will be blamed but all blame will goes to zee tvso after this conclusion I'm now in chilling mood

It is a TV release at its core after all. Thats the core medium. The other things are extras. Perhaps these extras are bigger than TV ... we dont know. We also dont know how popular the show is on SM. [I'm familiar only with IF and X... and guess that would be a 100 people in total? may be a bit more.] There can be better ways to determine whether the show is doing well... but this is what they have for now. Hoping they have their heads (rather, brains) at the right places in making these decisions. (But ... the topic is a bit out of my knowledge ... dont have much idea about how this side of shows work.)

Completely understand your guilt point. If I may add another layer. Is it possible he expresses shame being compared to Rajiv but feels guilt. If there was no or little guilt. why did Bhavani come to him in a dream of his subconscious speaking to him... surely that is driving point of his realisation?

Will there be a repeat in trust issues? During expose Rajiv events. Virat didn't beleive her fully but defended Amu many times. IT WAS ONLY BEACAUSE HIS HATE TO RAJIV AND PROTECTION OF HIS SISTER he wanted all doubt removed.

Evidence is clear there is no hope Virat trust Amu. Remember morning after Amu took care of Virat whole night return to Goa. He smiled and said all good points and at end ignored all saying Amu tried to kill my mom so will continue to make life miserable. AMU ALWAYS BLAMED AND WILL BE WRONG SO REPEAT LACK OF TRUST WILL OCCUR AGAIN for harm to Ahuja family. Babita will use this again to seperate Amvira.

Random question. Priyanka said in the stairs while planning swing attack to Ishika" virat says amruta doesn't want money and will find out what she wants"

Question- What will Amruta say if she asked why she in Ahuja house especially to Virat? Amu cant say im here to expose your mom and leave

PS @Adiandsid its a privilege tp chat but I dont think creators knew what they doing.

Much of our conversation based on last scene with Dildar. Much of the scene is far back shot including both Dildar and virat and then close up on virat face speaking. This possibly means there was hesitation from and last minute edit or retake

I don't think he is feeling guilty. They never show him repenting for his previous actions either...like sending her to jail and breaking her engagement.

I think the Rajiv fiasco gave him a reality check.. his ego is hurt. His attitude, like "I am the goody-goody one, and I am right all the time," etc....

He is feeling ashamed, and his subconscious mind compared him to Rajiv.

He won't believe Amu without proof, ever. Even in the Nimmi-Rajiv case, thankfully, there was visible evidence.

Yeah... was thinking along the lines of 'his actions will reveal what he is feeling' and it does seem to be shame than guilt. Precap also goes along similar lines. Sure there is some guilt involved, but its mostly fear and shame that is dominant.
