upcoming Thursday trp report will have only two consecutive 17 minutes episode that got telecasted on 1st and 2nd April.

adrija understanding of current story is much better than Sai. She is accepting that there has been no romantic touch in any of Surya Imlie scenes till now. It was there only with Agastya.

They are trying to replicate every Agastya imlie scene but utterly failing at it.

Jhopdi cooking session mein Imlie was roaming here and there and slyly watching Agastya cooking still the tension and angst was so palpable in that scene. It was all about the expressions that Agastya imlie gave to each other that made the difference

yahan par Surya Imlie are standing together still not giving husband wifey energy.

But saying that Gul got once again annoyed due to Agastya imlie jodi popularity isn't fair. Imlie S3 didn't have any popularity at any point. The show survived this long only due to decent trps . Gul had sent cakes whenever IMLIE S3 achieved any milestone like 1000 episodes, highest trp 2.3 . So it's not right to say she destroyed S3 due to fan wars and growing popularity of leads.

She made a wrong creative call when it came to Agastya death track. It didn't yield her expected result so she is moving to her next project. Simple as that. She isn't as invested as we are fans are with S3.

Before Agastya ka death sequence Imlie was consistently the 5th show on BARC cycle. It always had trps of 2+ and the week that Agastya ka death sequence was shown the trps fell to 1.9. They did not right away show that Agastya was dead even though they showed in the precap that ran for a whole week. Once the trps did not come does the PH not realize that this was a wrong creative call ? They did not show that this was Surya only in the beginning 2 weeks - They could have easily course corrected at that point. And it is not as if the tracks with Chaudhary family have exhausted.

At this point I feel Gul has already made up her mind of not trying to get Imlie to work. She has gotten good money from the show and now she just wants to move on to another show. However she could have chosen to give a decent ending to the show and to the fans which is what is irking me.

The creatives did not give a decent end to Agastya - Imlie love story. At least give a decent end to Surya - Imlie love story. The way the writers are writing the story - it is beyond pathetic. I feel bad for Sai and Adrija to see them work hard in this show which is beyond the salvage stage now.

Yeah looks like they are rinse and repeating the same scenes they showed with Agastya and Imlie here.

Agastya - Imlie married without the family - Same with Surya - Imlie(Reddys were not present)

Agastya - Imlie reception main kalesh - Same here

Agastya - Imlie have misunderstandings - Same here

Agastya - Imlie Sonali sees them in compromising position - Here it is Anjali

Now the cooking scene.

So looks like the writers are not even thinking of writing anything new. Bas cut copy paste kar rahe hain. And with the shorter episodes how do they expect the trps will come decent.

Sunaina to me this feels like self sabotage. I can understand they made an error in judgment with Agastya death track. The trps went down consecutively for 5 to 6 weeks which gave them plenty of time to course correct. They didn’t do that despite understanding Agastya death isn’t acceptable to the audience. What makers don’t take actions to save the show??

They could have kept the Chaudhary fam who actually could bring the leads together but revamp was just a cost saving move. Neither is the new family interesting nor are the regressive tracks.

The cost cutting and lack of attention/ willingness to fight for saving the show is so obvious. They aren’t interested in making the show feel aesthetic neither are they writing a logical coherent storyline. What happened to finding out the truth from Raghu? Why this stupid name change track? Why are they not using the chemistry of the leads more effectively?

Everything points to one thing- she does not want to save the show anymore. Heck this woman fights on insta comments section for the silliest of things and here she is not giving a rat’s ass about the show that brings home the bacon.

Naah re...Don't want to sound like a broken record so I will just say- my heart has not healed yet! But I love this space so I am often wandering about here, glancing over episode updates, tracking TRPs and hanging around in Imlie-Agastya Yaadein space

In some distant future, once its been long past this heartbreak, I might come back and watch episodes after Surya's entry like a new separate serial but that's not happening until Imlie is totally off-air and I know I am not getting any closure with the Agastya-death situation
