Kriti is doing films with Kajol,Bebo ,Tabu. That will give her a lot of confidence. Shahid is a very good actor himself.I think, he helped Kiara give her best.

Alia,does get overshadowed by her co-stars,from newbies like Vicky ,Vijay Verma..to RS,RK,Shefali etc. So she avoids films with talented actors.This will restrict her and make her less confident.
