RR looking to be clever with the impact rule again, notes Dustin Silgardo, they can sub on Rovman or Burger depending on how the game goes

Harchon: "if Powell is the impact sub then who are they going to substitute him with? Since RR is batting first, in this scenario Powell should be part of 1st 11 rather than being an impact sub." Think it'll be dependent on how they go. He can replace Buttler (as Samson can keep) or Jaiswal. Burger can also come in, as mentioned earlier. They're keeping their options open.
