Benagaluru has something to cheer about since 2008.
RCB W have defended and chased small totals with ease.

They reminded me of Deccan Chargers/SRH of IPL at one stage.

Cheers..

It’s a wrap for WPL!

Royal Challengers Bangalore's Shreyanka Patil (L) celebrates with captain Smriti Mandhana (R) after taking the wicket of Delhi Capitals' Meg Lanning during the Women's Premier League (WPL) Twenty20 cricket final match between Royal Challengers Bangalore and Delhi Capitals at the Arun Jaitley Stadium in New Delhi on March 17, 2024. What a final that was!

The Delhi Capitals, after getting to a strong position of 64 for 0 after 7 overs, capitulated to 113 all out before their overs were through.

RCB didn’t start with a bang in the chase, but instead opted for the slow and steady approach.

Delhi Capitals would be pleased with how they took the game right to the end, but without enough wickets taken, they were unable to complete the unthinkable.

They are now two-time losing finalists, and will be even more determined next season to right the ship after putting in a fabulous performance throughout the season.

RCB, on the other hand, will bask in the glow of a maiden title, which will readily be appreciated by their male counterparts as they look to achieve the same when IPL 2024 kicks off on March 22.
