Toxicity is because of Virat. Jahan woh care nahin karti, Virat usse bhul nahin sakta toh bahane d'un raha hai to get his dose of Amruta.

The story is messed up but still I feel they wanna show Virat falling in love with her or more appropriate realize his love (Joh hum ne assume kiya hai ke hua usse pyaar). Problem yeh hai ke they are giving to much importance to Ishika and Babita schemes and even more, with too much melodrama toh hume story bagwass aane laage. Upar se Ammu ko side todha rakha hai. Her ignorance is affecting him more. I am loving her attitude towards him . She does not care about him anymore and he cannot think beyond her . I found his actions like kid who does stupid things to grab attention 😂
