The answer is simply Kjo ppl question Shahid Kapoor's track record or Kartik Aaryan's talent. When we have Sidharth Malhotra who has delivered just 1 solo hit in his 12 year long career . Didn't even care enough to learn any acting or dancing skills in such a long duration but continues to survive solely coz of Kjo's backing and tying knot with Kiara.

Indian police force is just unbearable to watch and the acting is forgettable to say the least. Sid is basically Arjun Rampal who survived due to his looks for some years and then being part of SRK's group. Sid has good looks and backed by KJo and then marriage to Kiara kept him in news. Otherwise, watching Sid onscreen is like watching paint dry, no presence at all, doesn't even register.

Don't compare Sid with Arjun kapoor. SidM is superior.

Are if that funtru Arjun Kapoor can get movies than why can't Sid so?

I did watch SOTY only with the support of the supporting cast

From that one film one should’ve known that this guy comes to the screen with flat screen presence.

Shershaah is a winner no matter if they don"t release it in theatres cause of the pandemic and this is a truth. And yes he won a NA because he's the lead actor of Shershaah and all the team celebrated the NA, also the movie and Sid won many awards and was praised by everyone.

Sid made a big mistake working with this "director" after Shershaah but he wanted to work with him so...Cirkus and all his movies are shit and to me he seems like a mediocre and overrated director like many in this Industry. Not all is Actors faults when Direction and production are shitty.Ranveer couldn't save that garbage of Cirkus either and was mocked.
