i agree. no one really takes a consistent stand for Vandu ...if she does something great - Kunal beams like as though it is his accomplishment ..and if she 'falters' aka behaves human, he will be the first to reprimand her!

right now they just seem to be dragging the storyline adding fillers like tara school performance etc with no concrete progression in mind!

Vedika has been just sitting around. Anyways she only knows that Pammi was helping her dad stop the wedding, not about Vaani. Vedika's character is pretty disappointing, she watches everything and rarely stands up for Vandu.

Yes, I hate it when writers don’t provide a friend or relative that the female lead can confide in and who supports her. Vandu’s siblings turned against her early in the serial and Vaibhav was never supportive. Kunal was never consistent. His only good act was when he tried to warn Vandu about Vaibhav.

Hopefully, Mrunal will turn out to be supportive of Vandu and take down Pammi and Soniya.

Kunal definitely has a mental issue and it probably can be contributed to his father. Kunal is just like his father and I don’t think his character will change. He will remain inconsistent.

I don’t know how Kunal runs a business. He’s honestly not very intelligent. Especially if he can’t see Soniya’s evil motives after she has fooled him once before. So far the success that the business has had is due to Vandu. Just like Bobby said, Vandu is taking care of everything in Kunal’s life… his meals, his clothes, his business and his child. Vandu deserves a pay raise. Whatever she is earning is not enough for what she endures as his PA and live-in nanny.

Yes, it's quite sad that she's left to fend for herself without even a confidante. I really hope the writers bring back some old good friend. After today's performance in school, I hope the school calls her in a teacher or something and she meets someone there (preferably a guy) from her past who is just plain good.

Yeah Kunal doesn't seem to have a mind of his own. He goes weak-kneed in front of Sonia I guess - today's episode when she was badmouthing V, he joined along too!! Like what even?! Instead of telling her off and telling her that it was not her place to judge or pass comments, he added on!

The guy for sure doesn't deserve V. I don't know what the writers are trying to portray him as. I want a new entry asap - should be male and bond with V. We need Kunal to understand what it means to care for Vandana as a human being!

I don’t understand what the writers are trying to portray Kunal as either. It’s surely NOT a good man or father or businessman. As the serial continues, he becomes more unattractive and boring due to his traits.

He stated to Vijay that he wasn’t like Vaibhav because Vaibhav was a cheater but Kunal is definitely a womanizer which is an overlap and still disrespectful to women. One moment Kunal is almost about to spill his tea as Sonia enters the room and the next moment he’s staring at Vandu because she’s wearing blue. Although, he verbally indicates he’s over Sonia, it’s never evident in his actions. Therefore, no one believes him. Viewers don’t believe him and Sonia knows that all it will take is one brief encounter to have him back in her arms. Pammi was only able to instigate the situation as Sonia walked in because she saw Kunal ogling after Sonia. If it’s not feelings that he has for Sonia, then clearly the man is a womanizer because he loves looking at her. Also, if he doesn’t have true feelings for Vandu and doesn’t seek a commitment, but spent days before the wedding staring in her eyes and flirting with her, then clearly he’s a womanizer.

Vandu needs to open her eyes to all of this. Kunal is not a good man and I don’t see any potential in him. Writers have turned Kunal into a womanizer, a liar and an irresponsible man who blames his wife for not taking care of his daughter properly while the responsibility of caring for Tara never falls on him. To me, that’s also labeled as immaturity and a person who plays the victim.
