I too found Savi going all the way for Reeva was unnecessary. Why should she put herself in trouble?

From her childhood Savi walks into unwanted messes. Today it appeared so unnecessary when there is so much on her plate already.

Loved her entry into the institute. As she had foreseen before, Ishan's reaction upon seeing her was expected.

The best part was when she subtly and gracefully schooled ishan about his unruly behavior towards the candidates. Mixing up professional and personal life itself is a worst character of a teacher/director of a clg. He looked like a hypocrite when he was giving a checklist of qualities he requires for an Asst professor when the already appointed ones esp his own family including himself lack them.

No comments about Savi Devi who thought since Ishan sir danced with her and she fed him food in his cabin privately, he will accept all her jugaad. Good that he gave her an earful. This girl will never learn to stay in her limits.

Isha's return means beginning of a new chapter for Ghosales. When she entered her demeanor was so graceful.

Ishaan needs someone like Isha who will teach him the values of life and not like Ghosales.

You're right. What was the need to help Reeva?

Professionally educators too benefit working under a mentor. Ishan has two amazing teachers as parents so maybe effective teaching is embedded in his DNA. If you look at the other Bhosales they neither seem to have the empathy , professional ethics, social skills or ability to learn and adapt to scenarios.

The role models he has had are RS , AS and Nishikant. So it is to his credit that he atleast turned out professionally competent. A teacher/ mentor needs complex capabilities to become consistently exceptional. It is good that Isha has an opportunity to see ishaans people skills and she also chooses to give a feedback.

I have been on similar panels and sometimes the first response would indicate the person won't fit the bill yet I would argue with the panelists we should never let a condidate feeling worthless or concluding the interview was an eyewash.

Looking at the way the guy that was ripped walked out I did feel sorry and rightfully Isha spoke up.

Savi gave ishaan a feed back you may be a good teacher but you can never be my mentor. Rather than getting defensive he could have probed and found out gaps in his style. Whether Ishaan wants to hear or not a conscientious professional would speak her heart out which is what Isha did .

I did enjoy Ishan giving a dose of reality to Savi today. For a change, all his points were valid

She deserved that and a dressing down by her Isha Mam too of not interfering in matters that don't concern her.

She must remember that she is still a student ... He must and should treat her that way do she will stay in her limit
