After remaking regional shows, SP is now remaking its own shows (which are already remakes). 
First Ghum gen 2 & SAAKK and now Rishta & Ghum 1. How many times will audience watch the same nonsense. I was hoping for less toxicity than gen 3 aur yahan toh it looks like double toxicity.

Unfortunately yes. But I guess there will be changes. Ghum was toxic because they gave too much importance to Pakhi (thanks to offscreen drama) and Chavans were never redeemed. But in the original Bengali version, I have heard Pakhi becomes tolerable later and Chavans start to dote upon Sai. So if they avoid the whole manhandling, starving, throwing out stuff, it would be watchable (or so I hope).
