After remaking regional shows, SP is now remaking its own shows (which are already remakes). smiley39 First Ghum gen 2 & SAAKK and now Rishta & Ghum 1. How many times will audience watch the same nonsense. I was hoping for less toxicity than gen 3 aur yahan toh it looks like double toxicity.

Oh my god.. That ghum was toxic as hell.. This ghum 3.0 will be toxic overdose I think..

Unfortunately yes. But I guess there will be changes. Ghum was toxic because they gave too much importance to Pakhi (thanks to offscreen drama) and Chavans were never redeemed. But in the original Bengali version, I have heard Pakhi becomes tolerable later and Chavans start to dote upon Sai. So if they avoid the whole manhandling, starving, throwing out stuff, it would be watchable (or so I hope).

yrkkh doesn’t show too much negativity for long periods..so maybe it won’t be so bad..although Anita raj was quite evil in choti Sardarni ..she killed her daughters boyfriend..although a year later it was found that he had survived the brutal attack that had left him almost dead
