I think the max visit streak count is off. Or is it being counted for the duration during which the feature was launched? Also, can profile visitors see the count? If yes, is there a way to restrain that?

Hi, just like many other members I am also unable to change my DP. Was able to change it normally before I deactivated my account. I think there’s something wrong with the hibernation system no wonder the same thing is happening with other members too.

I know I remember seeing your posts about this issue. it’s very disappointing isn’t it. Never faced this issue before hibernating. I just hope this problem gets fixed soon.

Hey please try to logout once. Delete cookies and temp cache and try again.

‘We will also test the same at our end if we can replicate the issue and fix the same.

Hi, I’ve tried what you’ve advised multiple times but sadly it still hasn’t worked.

I just hope you can fix this issue soon so that other members don’t face this inconvenience.

I tried updating on my iPad and it worked fine.

Are you getting any particular error message?
