Custody is basically the guideline parents need to follow when either or both parties do not agree otherwise with parenting and visitation. In one episode, Abhi did tell Akshara that she can come see Abhir whenever. He said this in one of the earlier custody episodes. If both parents are okay with this then following a custody agreement to the T is not necessary. I live this life, so I know. If both parents are okay, things are allowed to change. One parent would like an extra day and the other is okay with it - then why not - etc.

So if Abhi told Akshara come see Abhir anytime/whenever, then Manjari has no right to interfere. Just for drama this stupidity. Abhir needs both (all 3 in this case) parents to be happy. Doesn't matter who fans thinks is the better parent, but storywise here Abhir and in real life - a child needs a mom and dad.

Abhi is blind if he thinks that uprooting Abhir is the way to go - not seeing his son's pain. Akshara and Nav are idiots for how they got Abhir to go with Abhi. In all of this, Abhir's childhood and innocence is ruined. I don't care what it is, I want Abhir to be happy. Either 50-50 custody or whoever Abhir finds his happiness in.

May be with Akshara he has grudges as she choose Sharmaji.

Yes, it's very obvious it was on purpose even though makers are trying to set it up as Abhir requested her and that is why she agreed.

They want to pretend like an adult doesn't know the meaning of legal orders and doesn't care about the consequences of not following legal orders so will just go along with whatever demand their kid makes😆.

After Abhir left the room, Ak clearly deliberately begged the Principal for the job even if she was later on trying to spin it by claiming Principal requested her to take on the job😆.......her lame attempts to find loopholes don't make her a lawyer when she doesn't even understand the basics of respecting a court judgement.

What are her excuses for the other days she showed up at Birla house to scream at everyone? lol every single day it's the same excuse that "Main maa hoon, isliye aa gayi"....bhai Maa hona is not a legal argument. If that is the route you wanted to go, why did you take this to court then? Aaraam se court se baahar "main maa hoon" bol bolke ladte rehte.
