Not in the DKP world. Here you can go around threatening others with legal action even as you don't respect any laws or legal rulings yourself....lol. Here you can claim to study law for 6 years and still don't know what even the average person on the street does - if you break a law, you face legal consequences.

It's mockery of court order. The reason why i feel court orders to keep kid away from one parent is due to attachment. If kids still has attachments with his old caretaker he will never be able to move on in life. But akshara ko toh sirf khudki padhi hai. She just want to feel happy that her son loves her. But she is just making herself as another manjari. I don't see any difference between manjari and akshu as a mother. Both thinks their way of dealing with thinks makes their kids happy.

I definitely want court to put complete restraint and even give a strict notice that if you meet your son you will never get your son back.

Exactly, whatever DDP is Abhir going thru is all because of all her decisions with her Pattiji. If Abhimanyu was and continues to be a criminal, her slum like behavior 🙉 at BH probably makes sense. But, when the bio father is ready and willingly accepts his role and responsibility for his only surviving child, he should be given that space and the court rightly gave it also.

I don't know, in which skewed logic Akshara is portraying a modern woman 🤔 almost every time she has only run from situations instead of facing them. That is how she is all along been portrayed. I agree. Both leads have made mistake. But only person who is getting punishment is abhimanyu. Looks like makers realized making abhimanyu's ddp is giving them trp. I see no reason for giving this much ddp to ML. 🤨 and there is role a reversal too. In all shows ml will be angry young man fl cries. They have done role reversal here. Where akshara keeps on shouting without thinking and abhimanyu tries to solve issue calmly.😄

Custody is basically the guideline parents need to follow when either or both parties do not agree otherwise with parenting and visitation. In one episode, Abhi did tell Akshara that she can come see Abhir whenever. He said this in one of the earlier custody episodes. If both parents are okay with this then following a custody agreement to the T is not necessary. I live this life, so I know. If both parents are okay, things are allowed to change. One parent would like an extra day and the other is okay with it - then why not - etc.

So if Abhi told Akshara come see Abhir anytime/whenever, then Manjari has no right to interfere. Just for drama this stupidity. Abhir needs both (all 3 in this case) parents to be happy. Doesn't matter who fans thinks is the better parent, but storywise here Abhir and in real life - a child needs a mom and dad.

Abhi is blind if he thinks that uprooting Abhir is the way to go - not seeing his son's pain. Akshara and Nav are idiots for how they got Abhir to go with Abhi. In all of this, Abhir's childhood and innocence is ruined. I don't care what it is, I want Abhir to be happy. Either 50-50 custody or whoever Abhir finds his happiness in.

No matter what the reason for the court's orders, it is legally binding. If you didn't want a legal decision, shouldn't have approached the courts to begin with.....but Goenkas set that in motion with the restraining order they first slapped on Abhimanyu.

Now custody has been awarded to Abhimanyu so there is no point getting into reasons and grudges for it....if you are serious about wanting a legal solution, you have to follow the course of the law or face consequences. Ak hasn't respected or followed a single rule of the custody judgement since the moment it came through.....she was rushing over to see Abhir the very same night, showed up at the house multiple times in the span of barely a week, threatened the Birlas directly.....by what parameters can any of this be called "respecting the law"?

And it's clearly was on purpose. If akshu was working before abhir got admission it's still fine. But if akshu is joining abhir's school then it's definitely due to her greed to meet abhir daily.

She is making abhir's life more miserable. Ek toh mooh pe boldho you are the fiancial burden bolke now they are acting like mera baccha main tumhare bager nahi reh sakthi.

I can not connect with her anymore. For me our akshara birla/goenka died on white day. This is definitely selfish mrs sharma who just wants to see world revolving around her. 😁
