Nicely said. In this situation whatever action Abhimanyu took he would have been judged - if he withdrew from case he would look like someone who wants nothing to do with his kid. If he went ahead, he would be snatching the kid from the mother.

Many people think that Akshara was right to keep Abhir hidden because of fear that Birla’s will take him away from her. But in that fear she herself ended up doing the very thing that she thought they would do - keep the child away from his father! When will she start some introspection into her own actions!?

When will Mrs SharMAA be punished for forging on the birth certificate seen as it’s a grave crime?

Exactly. Akshara has ended up manifesting this situation by continuously being debilitated by her fears and paranoia. This is what happens when you go through life building your world on lies upon lies. Ultimately those lies will come back to bite you because the fear will keep growing of your lies being exposed. This is Akshara’s story in a nutshell. She keeps lying and claims she is doing it out of fear to protect her family and loved ones. The fear ultimately debilitates her and blinds her to her own blunders because she keeps suppressing her conscience.


And that is why she ultimately falls flat on her face manifesting the very thing she most feared and was supposedly running away from. She kept claiming she did everything to ensure Abhir stays with “rightful Papa” Nav. Lol now that very Nav has been legally been erased from Abhir’s life🤷‍♀️. So much for her grand fantasies of perfect family. Can’t build that fantasy on so many lies and letting your fear blind you to the cost of your lies.

Short answer for this speculation is No😆. I would like people to please rewatch the judge’s decision scene closely and focus on the part where the judge said legal action is pending against Akshara for falsifying birth certificate. People who have legal action pending against them do not get to practice law 🙏…..this is it for Akshara’s legal recourse for now vis a vis Abhir. She has even been shown to accept it as Kanhaji ki marzi so I don’t think there is any point expecting another legal trial on this for now.
