He wouldn’t even have got that once a month meeting with his son had he not gone ahead. And he did go to Manjari and told her not to push for custody or he will loose whatever relation he has with his son. She gave him her reasons to go ahead and it was right in the given circumstances if he wanted to be a father he needs to fight for his right. It wasn’t anything like you have more right than the mother or how dare they do this to you. She stated the fact. But both AK and Nav didn’t stop BP.

If all this could be said to Manjari them why couldn't they Manish that they won't be listening to him? Why not tell Abhir the truth considering the fact that Abhir has time and again told them that he wants to stay with them?

Manish's condition would lead to Abhimanyu not only losing Abhir's custody but losing Abhir forever, it was beneficial for Abhinav and Akshara so they didn't mind it, now crying and begging for sympathy with their age old victim card is back

She created her happy family only to win custody case against birlas as kids who are in family and happy will be handed over to current family. But she forgot it's just not about happiness as kids will grow and they forget old things and start liking new people with whom they gel with. But it's about Abhir's future too. Okay even if court handsover abhir to akshu what is her plan for his future. She knows her jam buisness don't work why don't do something which she is good at.

Just wanted to add, I was on Akshara's side that she deserves to have more control or say in Abhir's life because she is the mom. I didn't even want Abhimanyu to be the one who tells Abhir the truth because for me, it was a mother's right, always. I remember somebody schooling me here on the platform for undermining the place of the father Abhinav by saying that, but for me, the fight wasn't between 2 fathers, it was always between Akshara's conscious.

She is 1000% percent correct to move on from a relationship that she felt was toxic to her, doesn't matter if someone likes Abhinav or someone likes Abhimanyu with her, it is her choice as a woman! But her not choosing her son's welfare above everything else is where I stopped connecting with her. And the minute they told Abhir about custody the way they did, I lost the benefit of doubt on the husband and wife and got sure that they are just victim players who do that to earn sympathy and manipulate people into doing what they want them to do because the people around them are the righteous people who believe in doing what's right, and whats more right than giving what the bechara wants. It's the reason beggars still get money and food on red lights, why people give money for causes they support, why NGOs use self videos of people in trouble for asking for donations. And that's why I can't anymore support them even a bit. Yes, the mother didn't deserve to lose her child, but the mother was ok with the father disappearing because according to her, he had no rights and his love didn't matter. The mother is ok with her son thinking he was snatched while the reality is she wanted to do the snatching and couldn't win. The mother shouldn't have lost, but the mother hasn't mothered or have faith on her own motherness for a very long time.

Putting situation on Ruhi, had she been asked to choose between Arohi and Abhi, irrespective of how much Abhi has spoilt her and she loves him, she would have chosen Arohi and Arohi won't have been scared Ruhi might not choose her. That's because Ruhi always had Arohi, even when Abhi was there, Arohi didn't vanish or push him in front, she stood by equally. And it's not because Abhi isn't the blood father, it's because she has faith on her daughter. She told Abhi, she'll teach her to live without Abhi, which she sort of did also, because of that upbringing. She made no empty threats.

This!! I saw this in precap but didn't watch the episode so I didn't know if this scene was there or not. Thanks for mentioning this. Should be added to the subtle manipulation tactics thread too. They actually lied to Abhir about Abhimanyu's intention. He never wanted to take him away from his family, he just wanted some time with his son

Similar track was in Ghum, where Pakhi's manipulations/lies led to Vinu hating Sai although Pakhi grey character but she was stupid, Abhinav is much smarter than her

The people still not seeing Abhinav and Akshara's manipulations here, I can assure you they bitched about Pakhi there because she was outwardly bad, here Akshara is FL so can't be manipulative and Abhinav is the bechara who is so sensitive and over protective of his muh boli family also that he starts crying so cannot be bad. I would like to add Maya was also the FL in Beyhadh, but then I'll never hear the end of how I am twisting stories.

The day he got to know about Abhir and till date, I have liked how he never says that Akshara and Abhinav don't have any right on Abhir, he always acknowledges their love, upbringing and rights on Abhir. He always maintained that Abhir is his son TOO, he never said Abhir is ONLY his son.

-- He didn't initiate the custody battle, he was served a restraining order from Akshara's family and had to reply legally because if he didn't, the court will consider it as his lack of interest in his son

-- After Abhir's surgery, he withheld custody case indefinitely and went to Kasauli to be around his son

He showed every intention of co-parenting

In recent custody case, he was the party against whom the case was filed so he had to respond and if he had backed down, he wouldn't only lose Abhir's custody but Abhir would never get to know that Abhimanyu is his father, stakes were much higher for him

Abhinav and Akshara - Abhinav and Akshara never showed any interest in co-parenting and it is fine since their home is in Kasauli, them changing their residence and lifestyle for Abhimanyu is too much to ask for, they wanted sole custody and Akshara was always preparing for it. The arrangement they had in Kasauli wouldn't have lasted longer due to Abhinav's insecurities and Akshara's fear of Abhir getting to know the truth, again pretty fair because why would anyone allow wife's ex to stay in the house, I don't think Abhinav was wrong here.

But after Abhir knew half truth and all 3 parents had decided that they'll tell him the whole truth, what stopped Akshara and Abhinav from telling Abhir?

Abhir is their son, their son is repeatedly telling them that he wants to stay with them, just wants to know name of his real father, Abhir doesn't want to lose his parents, there won't be a change of heart miraculously, he wouldn't start hating them and loving Abhimanyu

Akshara and Abhinav had everything on their side from Abhir's love and the power to tell him the truth but they opted for custody battle because it gave them ultimate power through which Abhimanyu will be out of their and Abhir's life and they wouldn't have to tell Abhir the truth.

I don't blame Manish here because Manish is old man like Manjari, Manjari wanted Akshara to marry Abhimanyu and leave Abhinav 🙄 did that happen? I don't get how Manish's words were so important that Akshara and Abhinav couldn't tell him that he can't take decision of their son's life and they'll tell him the truth, they won't subject Abhir to custody battle because the chance of result being on their side is 50%

Like Manjari's mach mach was called out, Manish's stupidity should have been called out too

But they didn't because they stood to win more than they thought they would and it was pretty evident from Akshara's over confidence in court

I want to understand in all this, how is Abhimanyu to be blamed? Why this expectations from him to let go of his son? He agreed for co parenting, stalled custody battle, lived like a servant in Sharma house to stay near Abhir, what more could he do for these people?

I would just like to add one additional point since I’ve been reading people expecting that custody case will be reopened and somehow there will be another grand trial which Akshara will fight personally as a lawyer 😆

Short answer for this speculation is No😆. I would like people to please rewatch the judge’s decision scene closely and focus on the part where the judge said legal action is pending against Akshara for falsifying birth certificate. People who have legal action pending against them do not get to practice law 🙏…..this is it for Akshara’s legal recourse for now vis a vis Abhir. She has even been shown to accept it as Kanhaji ki marzi so I don’t think there is any point expecting another legal trial on this for now.

That was right after he got to know the truth and even there he said that he is not so bad that he won't thank Abhinav for saving and protecting Abhir. He actually thanked Abhinav for it and was mad at Abhinav for playing a brother to Abhimanyu while lying about Abhir. After that in every discussion with Akshara, he has maintained to use "Mera Bhi" for Abhir whenever Akshara says that Abhir is her and Abhinav's son.

I had mention in another post also yes sorry was important but ones action also speaks a lot to convey that they are sorry. Exactly. That is the difference. Abhi will never flaunt Abhir as only his son in front of Sharmas like they have done to him for so long. He will always try to be inclusive and make them all feel included as parents.

But he will still never get credit for this and people like Goenkas will keep trying to reduce his achievements to only being about wealth and power. As if they themselves aren’t the ones who actually go about boasting of their power 😆

I am wondering the same thing as well how Abhimanyu is to be blamed here. They started it and he won legally plus he didn't rub it in their faces too.

He is being calm and understanding their pain too as he has been living thinking he lost his/their kids before they're even born and when he got to know about Abhir it is too late as Abhir has been loving someone else as a his father. Yes maybe Abhimanyu is at fault here it's cause of his decision but it doesn't hurt any less.

So when he is the other party here he had no choice but to revert. I think won fair and square. I am really looking forward how Abhirmanyu story will unfold now. abhir loves Docman I want to see him loving AbhiM as his father too. I will wait for it and I know that day will come for sure ❤️

So summary of that.

On white day akshu risked her kids as she was over confident that her kids her safe as doctor assured her nothing will happen to her kids. Where as it was in her hands to follow her gut feelings or not. But went with doctor's saying as she was over confident. There is a saying bhagwan bhi tabhi haath pakadtha hai when we put some effort.

WD happened due to that unfortunate event she lost her one kid. But it was her own decsion to put her kids in that situation.

Similarly,

Today akshara had an option to say "No". She even made it clear to abhi that bacche ke saare decision uske mummy papa lenge when abhi suggested not to take kids to usa. But when manish initiated court drama she was on mute. Why???. Because it's BP. Her pyaar for her BP and her greed to have abhir with herself. When she got panick attack that itself was an indication that something bad is gonna happen. But she still chose to go with it than aborting the case. Because this time she was overconfident as the lawyer told her their case is strong as she is mother.

But mother hona hi kaafi nahi hai bacche ke liye. 6 years ka kuch faida hi nahi hua. Her overconfidece took away one more kid from her.

So now we have to see what else she will loose because of her overconfidece.
