The legality of it depends on the country. For ex according to Finland Paternity act,

Well wikipedia laws and actual court cases laws and implied laws mein difference hota hai but koi nai... mere ko law classes online forum par nahi leni

and also, court cases mein hum alag alag tarike se ek situation ko jaachte hai. It can be paternity fraud WITH RESPECT TO ABHIMANYU not Abhinav

I dont think the term "paternity fraud" can be used in this case. While AK might be wrong for naming Abhinav as the father without Abhinav going through the adoption process, its not "paternity fraud".

Paternity fraud is when a man is told that a child is his by the child's mother, who is aware that this is not the case. So, if AK lied to Abhinav that he is the biological father while knowing its Abhimanyu, then it would be considered as paternity fraud. But here Abhinav is aware Abhir is not his biological child.

Yes I agree, Abhimanyu had already backed off from the custody fight..later it was the great Bade Papa who had reopened the case again for his own egotistical reasons.Also just after Abhir’s surgery Sharma couple left for Kasauli without properly informing Abhimanyu while the case was stikl on.Still,Abhimanyu and his mother both had backed off from the case and was in really good terms with Sharmas.So Abhimanyu shouldn’t be blamed in this case in my opinion..

Law padha she was not even prepared for custody case.

Singing career banake she could have earned more than selling jam.

She knew forging documents were illegal still kept it.

She could have known her panic attacks may cause issue she could have gone for therapies to get it fixed.

Lekin she was highly unprepared. She calls lawyer and ask him mere panic attack se kuch hoga kya 😄

Her behaviour to attend law exam was like main prepared nahi hun. Mujhe dar lag raha hai. Abhinav jail main hai chalo exam tal gayi.. Abhir ko patha chala sach chod do exam ghar nikalthi hun jaan chooti.

She was never serious and over confident that court will give her custody because she has a happy family and she is mother.

She never bothered to look into other aspects. She is the reason for her own failure as a mother. Who just thought keeping abhinav by her side will give her custody as abhir will choose his parents over a single father and court will choose happy family over single father.

AK career is like my determination to wake up ar 4 AM and go to sleep at 10 PM- always dwindling and never followed lol

The ckt is promoted as an empath who do not have any empathy

and till now they have shown Abhi-Abhinav bond > her and Abhir bond. She failed as a mother when her child will rather tell a stranger all his problems than his parents. And that too a 6 year old.
