AK did paternity fraud.

Abhir is the biological son of Abhimanyu and neither AK nor Abhinav can change Abhir’s DNA at all.

How much Abhimanyu has prayed for his kids and had suffered for 6 years thinking about his dead twins all because of AK’s impulsive act of saving the girls in the last leg of her pregnancy.

What was AK going to do, if she had miscarried both of her twins? Was she going to blame others for her impulsive act?

In real life, becoming pregnant and having a child.. it’s a blessing. Many couples have fertility issues, they go through harrowing experience of IVF, IUF, etc simply to have a biological child. Most of the pregnant women I have come across have taken leave or done WFH 2 weeks prior to their due date so that they can be rested at home, can rush to hospital when needed.

The FL we have is an accomplice of hit and run, fugitive run and hide, fake passports and paternity fraud but wo aurat hai toh sab maaf. Maa hai toh baap ka koi matlab nhi hai.

Law padha she was not even prepared for custody case.

Singing career banake she could have earned more than selling jam.

She knew forging documents were illegal still kept it.

She could have known her panic attacks may cause issue she could have gone for therapies to get it fixed.

Lekin she was highly unprepared. She calls lawyer and ask him mere panic attack se kuch hoga kya 😄

Her behaviour to attend law exam was like main prepared nahi hun. Mujhe dar lag raha hai. Abhinav jail main hai chalo exam tal gayi.. Abhir ko patha chala sach chod do exam ghar nikalthi hun jaan chooti.

She was never serious and over confident that court will give her custody because she has a happy family and she is mother.

She never bothered to look into other aspects. She is the reason for her own failure as a mother. Who just thought keeping abhinav by her side will give her custody as abhir will choose his parents over a single father and court will choose happy family over single father.

But Akshara and Nav were quiet too and decided to move ahead with the decision of custody case so why all the blame on one person.

And why should he speak. If custody drama won't happen he will gain nothing. Kyunki sach toh pehle bhi nahi bathane wale the.

He will only gain if he wins custody case. But akshnav knew they will loose abhir. But still decided to go ahead with custody as they wanted abhi to give up permanently.

Though for me this custody case happened cause of BP. He could have bashed Manjari, stop having discussion with them, celebrating festivals and all but he went like custody case hoga on which Manjari goes k haan haan hoga 😂

But that backfired her. If she was single she could have proved i earned and i am capable of handling my kid and i don't need anyone.

But here it was like if father's name in birth certificate is chaged that means akshu married in a very short time so she needed abhinav. If something happens to abhinav she would again need some one else.

If i was the judge even i would have felt mother can not raise her son alone and may require help and since future is uncertain anything can happen with the kid.

Kisne kitna prepare kiya hai ye dekhne ka mauka hi kaha diya humein makers ne? Stupidest handling of a court case, would have been the best place to know each side’s pov but bhaga diya makers ne, its just so distasteful at this point that I don’t wanna comment on it

Naming Abhinav as the father without adoption process is wrong. But its paternity fraud only if Abhinav was lied to that he is Abhir's biological father.

The legality of it depends on the country. For ex according to Finland Paternity act,

Section 2 – Paternity on the basis of marriage,(...)If the marriage is dissolved before the birth of the child due to the death of the husband, he is the father of the child if the child was born within a time that thechild could have been conceived before the death of the husband. However, if themother had entered into a new marriage before the birth of the child, the latterhusband is the father of the child.

Its only in cases of death of the babys father. By this I mean that it depends on country by country and the nuances of the cases.

Again, naming Abhinav as the father without adoption process is wrong. But it cant be termed as "Paternity fraud" AFAIK.
