Like he hated his father for hurting his mother , abhir may also hate abhim for hurting akshara so much ..but therez a diff..abhim was a witness to harshs hatred but abhir isn't..so I'm not sure if they will go ahead with the track or just finish it with abhinav exit and abhira reunion 😵

A single mother after divorce can choose not to include fathers name in Birth Certificate. But fathers name if included should be the biological father. A stepfather has to adopt the child for all legal reasons. Ad before adoption, he needs to take consent from bio father. The name of father needs to be changed in Birth Certificate if the bio father name need to be changed. There are grounds based on which it will be granted. So legally Akshara have not done right thing. Child can use mother's surname after divorce.

But granting custody only on financial ground was a wrong decision. They should have called Abhir to the court and asked him but Akshara did not allow it. That judgement did not worked in favor of Akshara. So judge saw financial stability and allowed custody.

Just a thought: What if this leads to abhiNs wealthy era? I’m sure this judgment is going to affect him and he’s going to feel guilty for losing custody because of his financial condition. I wonder if he’ll immerse himself in work and be on a mission to become rich? Maybe this will also put a strain on AkshNav’s marriage. There has to be some reason of why they chose this to grant the custody. Just a thought 💭

Financial stability as a reason can easily be countered as many middle class and poor people raise children just to be fine and stable.
