This clearly shows you have absolutely no idea about the Code of Ethics at all

The fact you quote a clause nd don't even care to check what it means

This says a doctor should not treat a patient if he has some sort of incapacity physical or mental , they shouldn't themselves be sick or they shouldn't be intoxicated or have any physical or mental condition that could hamper their performance nd put the patience well being in danger

This has nothing to do with not treating your family

People are aware of his mistakes , he knows about it ( in his character) but other characters doesn't accept their faults and preaching about goodness when they themselves don't accept the mistakes is what everyone is not liking.... That's why people like Abhimanyu because they showed him with flaws and not made him god like or goddess of goody goody.

Comparison of the Abhimanyu and abhinav is predictable. But to butcher a character to show other character in good book of viewers is not good.

Currently the show must be revolving around the Custody.... Talking about rights of parents then Abhimanyu is not wrong. Based on the promo and dialogue abhinav said maa ki haar hui.... Maa baap dono ek level p hi h.... Maa ki haar nahi female character ki zidhh ki haar hui ... It should have been that. Female lead was so adamant on moving on then she should not have hidden this to the childs father after meeting. Instead had she agreed to co parenting then. She didn't have to cry gain sympathy and abhinav wouldn't have said such dialogue which is not fair in any case.

Mothers usually get the custody, only case they dont is that either they dont want it or are abusive. Neither of that applies here. If financial situation is the issue, then shouldn't Abimanyu pay child support. Which court is giving full custody of a 6 year to a father

Arey the law here in this show doesn't matter it's a big joke...what writer wants is final..... If you look at it then divorce also has flaws.... When did the court hearings was done.... If it was then they would have met when akshara was pregnant..... People would have known abhinav.... Nothing sort of happened.... So i even doubt the divorce thing.... And her studying law .... If she knows law then why is she behaving as such.... Now parents custody is a joke ..... The writers want to hype on this and show Abhimanyu in negative and maa ki haar.... Just tweak the dialogue and make it.... As it should be ' apni zidd and ego ki haar'

I just want them to stop this show and get a spin off with new and fresh with no love triangle or rectangle or anything story just only angle is fine ( one male lead and one female lead ).....else they can show a father's love for his kids or single father .....mother's and kids ka shows toh dekha h bohat.... why only show mother love and struggle and sacrifice.... Father is also equally important to kids....

That's why I was wondering if Gen 4 is in plan why can't Abhir be the lead.

He already has a good story considering he has two fathers plus he is a nice kid.

Naahhh maza kaise aayega fir writers ko.... if it's gen 4 ... They be like ...' hume siblings fight chaiye ' ... they'll have one more kid and if it's a boy then ... storyline will be dono ko ek hi ladki pasand aayega ....if it's a girl then fight on property ka kuch jhol with girl being the positive and boy( abhir) in shades of grey ....😂😂😂😂😂😂 Sharma vs Birla-Sharma ( akshara wants to make abhinav khush so uska surname added ). Jaise kairav ko side character bana diya h making girl as a lead .... Gen 4 m naira sharma be lead according to writers because they like Sharma family.

But this is the first serial where mothers pov feelings ,struggles are not shown at all its a aa holding a baby for four days which can be done in hospital is given more importance than mother,here only one character got importance thats y trp is going down day by day
