("Can affect his performance vis-à-vis patient" means conflict of interest inclusive of himself and his family lol.)
This clearly shows you have absolutely no idea about the Code of Ethics at all
The fact you quote a clause nd don't even care to check what it means
This says a doctor should not treat a patient if he has some sort of incapacity physical or mental , they shouldn't themselves be sick or they shouldn't be intoxicated or have any physical or mental condition that could hamper their performance nd put the patience well being in danger
This has nothing to do with not treating your family
Atleast do some background research
