I have like joined some 6 months ago and she is here since last 3-4 years i guess so don't know how to raise. Though i think i will have a talk with her directly as what's the challenge exactly and see how it goes.

Hoping for a positive outcome 🤞

Otherwise will look for better opportunities

Just don't know how to get my manager to trust me on this so kaafi overwhelming feel hone lga and then overall thoughts so i came here.

Feeling so much good to get these postive response ❣️

i had a similar situation where one of person whom i know from long time stopped trusting me as some one joined our team. I don't know what happend in backend. But as time passed i realized we are not here to impress anyone.

Everyone are here for their own benefits. If we start caring about what others will think then we end up overthinking alot and we will loose our focus too. I did this for long time. But finally i realized nobody gives a damn to what happens to you. They login and log off.

If you really want to know his thoughts you can have 1-1 with him and sort it out that might make you feel better.

Overthinking will actually may make you feel like you are worthless. So do not go into that. If you are planning to switch after 6 months. Start applyinh for jobs now. Get some interview experience and after 6 months it will be easier. Best of luck 🙂

A hug to you .. takes courage to share something so personal online .. go with an open mind on Monday and listen to her points.. you can evaluate yourself too whether you feel they are valid , and see what you can do differently .. just 6 months in the job is too early to judge yourself .. take the points you feel are valid.. if you can , find a mentor within or outside the company .. it helps .. and most of us have gone through ups and downs in career .. as long as we learn from each instance it will be okay in the long run .. just do your best and have a good support system .. some days a rant with a friend helps 😊 And relationships and marriage - better that it breaks before rather than go through a suffocating and bad relationship .. when the right one comes along everything will fall in place .. be positive .. start with the positivity that it is all going to be good .. ending with a few lines from desiderata -

Beyond a wholesome discipline, be gentle with yourself. You are a child of the universe no less than the trees and the stars; you have a right to be here.

And whether or not it is clear to you, no doubt the universe is unfolding as it should. Therefore be at peace with God, whatever you conceive Him to be. And whatever your labors and aspirations, in the noisy confusion of life, keep peace in your soul. With all its sham, drudgery and broken dreams, it is still a beautiful world. Be cheerful. Strive to be happy.

Tenure doesn't matter - 6 months or 6 years 😛 keep your own interest (peace, mental and physical health, learning opportunists, scope of growth) above company's or anyone at work...

Only important thing is to definitely have another opportunity in hand!

🙋🏻‍♀️

I can totally relate to the feeling of having bad days in a row & feeling low. Just want you to know it happens to the best of us. Don't be too self-critical. Hope it all smoothens out for you soon.

Be strong dear and give a shit about your manager Sometimes we take work so seriously and I have gone through exact same thing. What I did was listen to songs do things I like and continue working hard.I also complained to HR about my manager but did not get help.

Eventually my work was noticed by other employees and my manager had to give up and appreciate me.

So just do that and don't feel alone. I am sure the wonderful responses here got a smile on your face already.
