How are we even considering Abhimanyu to get Abhir’s custody and win? The only upper hand he has is the financial situation and I’m sure if that comes to play, Akshara will show her generational wealth and Nav will never have a problem with that.

If court looks at both sides, Sharmas are in favorable. It’s a home with two parents and Abhir has been living with them since birth and has a great stable life. On the other hand, Abhimanyu a single father who has no bond with Abhir (court will outweigh his 2 month docman junior bond vs 6 year bond with his parents).

Unless itv gets dramatic and goes the illogical way, there is no way Abhimanyu will get custody of the child. Usually in such cases where the biological father/mother who aren’t in the picture decided to come out of nowhere to get custody, get visitation rights where they get to see the child and stay in touch with him/her.

They should both hire good lawyers and get co parenting rights or if Akshara gets primary custody Abhi should get unrestricted visiting. That way Abhi can spend time with his son and his son need not be exposed to the toxic birlas. Someone asked why does everyone want Nav to die. I don’t think everyone wants Nav to die but it’s becoming more and more obvious that Abhira will be back together sooner or later and it is better that Nav have a heroes death rather than being made into a villain because even if willingly let’s Akshara and Abhir go there is no way that mother and son will leave him willingly. So it’s death or him turning grey. Another reason for me to believe that it is Abhira end game is because how much star is promoting them, episodes are getting more Abhira and Abhir centric, plus I also think some gangaur scenes that focused on cross pairs were cut. I think channel and PH got a lot of backlash on the cross pairs. abhinavs character may have got love but most people still want Abhira back

Arohi will always be in Abhimanyu’s life through Roohi. Not sure what the cvs have decided for her once they reunite Abhira. I feel like once that happens, they’ll end this season because they don’t have much to show after this. This is why they’re dragging this as much they can and once the trps drop they’ll reunite the two.

If she wanted she could convinced him to save her kids and themselves first by suggesting other ways. A mother can go to any extent to save her kids. Birla hospital ka case alag hoga. It's not that abhi is trying to kill abhir. As abhi was not even aware that abhir was his son. Uske jagah koi aur bhi ho saktha tha.

Even if they file case for negligence if will be on hospital and hospital ka license cancel hoga. But custody case only talks about parents negligence.

Legally, this would only be looked at if the child had some birth defect due to mother’s negligence towards the baby while she was pregnant. I don’t see anything like that with his current condition.
And since the Birlas own the hospital, anything against the hospital can be held against Abhimanyu. Again this is all legality and we shouldn’t expect this in itv court because I can already see it being very illogical.

If the argument is abhi throwed her out when she miscarried then abhi is not the reason for miscarriage. The reason was akshu's decision to save those kids rather than contacting police or taking some other route.

She is repeating her mistake again. Abhi has already lost 2 ppl six years before he definitely don't want to risk abhir's life because of akshu's impulsive decisions.

Akshu has already confirmed with a doctor from the us if she can bring her son so Abhimanyu is merely denying because he has built a bond with Abhir now, that’s personal not professional.

If she can come to Dr. Abhimanyu Birla for the sake of her child, why can’t she go to the us? In both cases doctors suggested her to do so.

Dr. Arohi from the same hospital as Abhimanyu as well as a doctor from the us has allowed the travel so if this is brought up in court it will only backfire Abhimanyu.

There is something called as parental alientaion which says mother should not lie to child unless parent has given up his rights on child. Akshu has lied to the kid and mainly she rejected one parent's opinion. Abhi has every right to suggest for well being of the kid.

She even did not listened to him even after multiple suggestions. If some thing happens to abhir because of this decision then this is going to hit her hard in court case. As biological father has every right to protect his child from a mother who cares about herself more than her kid. As per court both parents are equal.

They will judge based on every criteria as in the end more than maa ka pyaar child safety is more important considering abhir also has health issue staying with doctor family is safer too as court does not know how toxic they are.

they won’t reunite the two immediately. First will be whole custody nonsense which will run for two months. Then there will be the cancellation of the Abhirohi wedding which will run for at least 3-4 weeks. Followed by Navs exit which will be another month or two and then abhira have to find a way back because even if Nav is out of the way and Abhi still loves her Akshara is not coming back that easy. That will take another 6 months. Look even without being a writer I almost gave you a years worth of content. In the middle they will add Kairav and Muskaan, Manjaris guilt, arohi ka badla. They are not taking another gen leap or winding up for at least another 2-2.5 years

I personally had breathing issues earlier i know how it feels. US doctor may not have complete picture of the case. And when abhir can panic for test without abhi then think about a foreign doctor treating him and operating on him.

Major problem it was suggested by arohi. Not by abhi. Arohi just want to get rid of akshu. Akshu just wants to hide her truth so akshu happily agreed to go to US. And there is no guarantee that akshu has spoken to us doctor as it can be lie too inorder to keep abhi away from abhir.

if it was logical, Akshara can show two doctors approving the travel (one being the doc in us she’s taking her child to and one being dr. Aarohi from Birla hospital). Abhimanyu is merely denying it because of his personal bond with Abhir, this has nothing to do with his professionalism as a doctor.

Also Abhimanyu does not have any legal rights on Abhir as of right now because he has been out of the picture so he can’t make any decisions until he gets those rights from the court.

But court won’t look at the dynamics of Arohi and how she is. She will be looked at as a doctor from the same hospital where Abhir was being treated. If Akshu lied about the confirmation of the doctor from us and Arohi somehow backs off that she even said anything, then it can definitely hurt Askhara’s case.
