And you think this is better? If she had told him in advance he would have taken full responsibility of his actions on that day and maybe a peaceful solution could have been found. This way his anger is going to take over and it’s going to lead to an ugly court battle which will be more traumatic for a 6 year old. Plus what Akshara is going to have to go through will be as traumatic as the day she was thrown out

By birth both the parents gets the right over child. Court only comes into picture if one parent in denial mode and Don't want to share her kid. A mother can not have her kid for herself.

Abhimanyu has every right over kid but akshu is currently denying it. She even upfront told him that he is ajnabee. She is no one to decide who abhi is for abhir. That's when court will come into picture which makes it clear to parents they can not be selfish when it comes to kid they jolt down some guidelines for parents to follow.

Legally , morally, biologically , a mothers rights supercedes a father's rights over her child.

Only when the child is old enuf to take a decision , the court takes into account his/her wish , whether he wants to live with the mother or the father.

he has breathing issues. What if he faces some issues while flying which doctor will be available to treat him there. Breathing issues are very serious. Person can die in an instance so they will not even get a chance to treat him by doing emergency landing.

I personally had breathing issues earlier i know how it feels. US doctor may not have complete picture of the case. And when abhir can panic for test without abhi then think about a foreign doctor treating him and operating on him.

Major problem it was suggested by arohi. Not by abhi. Arohi just want to get rid of akshu. Akshu just wants to hide her truth so akshu happily agreed to go to US. And there is no guarantee that akshu has spoken to us doctor as it can be lie too inorder to keep abhi away from abhir.

If Abhimanyu knows the truth, it’s better for abhir to get treated in usa. How is abhimanyu going to perform surgery on his own son with so much emotional attachment. Very illogical.. No surgeon does that in real life.

Currently abhi does not know why he should not treat his kid. As akshu just blaming him for faulty medical equipment instead of real reason that she is scared of getting exposed. But if they were co parenting abhi would have done best for his kid with his contacts and experience.
