Same situation. Nehmat left Ekam at the mandap and refused to marry him. Nehmat called off the marriage because Jasmine threatened to ruin ekmas life if she married him. Everyone pressured Ekleen to get married to save the family's reputation.

Ekam mom's health also not stable she wants ekam to marry .if she pass out there will be a person for ekam to take care
