Colu- I wrote an essay on writer in some thread! But here again

I felt she has seen and grown up in regressive surroundings but was lucky enough to have a father who let her and her sisters pursue education and choose careers of their choices. He faced opposition within his family but he stood by his belief! Doesn’t make him saint but he gave them wings but with his own restrictions.Her husband seems more chill guy, else imagine husbad proof reading TB when most of us would not be able to make them sit thru show for 15min.

So my take she never had any intention to show Meerab journey! It was always to show Murtasim and his support and love to his wife ! How inspite his feudalistic brought up and traditional thought he still agrees to his wife consent when in reality men like him don’t do that ! They just hit jackpot with Leads palpable chemistry, which was more than enuf to run 40-45 episode serial without dishing out trash! But guess they were lucky never Intelligent! Had it been anyone else playing leads , I don’t think people would have cared for meerab or connected with Murtasim!

So it was Yumhaj all the way!

But one thing for all bashing ITV gets , we should credit our own script writers, our shows are usually tight and main and supporting char are well written and mama much better sense for one year before going to gutters and here they couldn’t handle what 40-45 episodic romantic drama ? If only ITV switches to limited format our shows any day have much better content and ability to do well!

As of YZ, again pointed out somewhere massy or classy I have no clue what made her pick this role, it has no substance. No offence but that Mahek girl had more footing than meerab ! YZ can act and pull such roles easily but she should be careful while script selection, I tried few episodes of bhaktawar , the show was like headless chicken , so many plots that it hardly made any sense. She shouldn’t go Saba qamar way either can do mix of diff roles but should pay more attention to scripts!

End of it looks like Wahaj Ali hit jackpot and getting his long due credits and well deserved to. He is no doubt one of finest actors I have come across and hope many more success to him. Just hope he doesn’t get struck with TB type roles nor go into oblivion like how most actors go when they get so much success!

And Yes , I will watch till end! Need a closure for myself after investing my precious three months!

As if meerab always pushes murtasim for touching her while not pushing rohail. Now she is getting bashed for pushing him on 20th episode too. As if she planned to push innocent injured husband who just pulled her towards him.

Murtasim let's haya touch him, sit on his bed, feed him, cook for him what not.

All those actions of him r justified in the name of cousin.

But meerab gets called crass names for not pushing rohail strongly despite showing discomfort over his touch.

Like some one said reverse the situation, Meerab was on the bed and Rohail comes with a trolley and sits on the bed and when he was about to feed her and at that moment Murtasim enters the room. What would be his reaction?

And in Episode 19, Haya played with his insecurities and manipulated him. I understand that he believed Haya because he was also a human being and he had flaws. But still I feel that he should have at least for once asked her why she did not come to see him at the hospital. Some one mentioned that he should have apologized to Meerab for the way he behaved with her. He said sorry for whatever happened with her in his absence but he did not say sorry for the way he behaved with her if I am not wrong.

And the Gajra scene. What was that? Didn't he understand that it was humiliating for Meerab to see Haya talking about him buying her Gajras?

Reverse the situation, Meerab bought something for Murtasim and Rohail took it and showed it off in front of Murtasim and Meerab. Meerab was just standing there and listening to Rohail. And when confronted by Murtasim she says that it would not be nice to take it off from Rohail.

And coming to village scene, Meerab witnessed Murtasim holding Haya's face and Haya grabbing his shirt with one hand and sliding her other hand on Murtasim's hand. That was so bad.

Okay so I haven't called Meerab any names and I haven't defended Murtasim in that post. So I'm not sure why you're bringing those points up.

And I didn't bring up episode 20 at all. Why would I bring up past episodes when I can prove my point using one episode only?

I was actually talking about Thursday's episode. The same episode in which she politely asked Rohail to leave her hand. And the same episode in which she jerked her hand away from Murtasim when they were near his car. That's the difference I was talking about.
