Anupamaa: Anupama returns to the Shahs; Ansh exposes Mahi's feelings for Gautam to Kotharis

In tonight's episode of Anupamaa, the journey takes an interesting turn as the driver informs the group that the resort is close by. Sarita, however, expresses concern that the place might be too costly and suggests finding a more affordable stay, perhaps a modest hotel or a dharamshala. Meanwhile, Devika calls out to Anupama, telling her that unless she lets go of her emotional ties with the Shah family, she will never truly find peace in Mumbai.

Taking charge, Devika snatches Anupama's phone and switches it off, leaving Anupama anxious. She questions what would happen if an emergency arises, to which Devika calmly reminds her that she isn't a doctor, ambulance, or God, urging her to relax and breathe.

Panic at the Shah House as Ishani Falls Unconscious

Back at the Shah house, tension escalates when Pakhi grows increasingly worried about Ishani. Her loud cries draw everyone's attention, prompting Leela and Paritosh to intervene. Paritosh remarks that Pakhi and Ishani's drama never ends, angering Pakhi, who insists her concern is genuine. Leela instructs him to open the door, and the entire family is left horrified to find Ishani unconscious inside. A panic-stricken Pakhi screams upon seeing her daughter's condition. Kinjal quickly decides to inform Rahi and Ansh about the emergency.

At the same time, Anupama grows uneasy, unable to shake off her restlessness. Preet notices her discomfort and asks Devika what's wrong. Devika explains that Anupama's maternal instincts make her incapable of being indifferent—her heart always pulls her back to her family. Soon, Devika's phone rings, and Kinjal's call confirms everyone's fears: Ishani's condition is critical. Meanwhile, Rahi and Ansh rush to meet her.

Hospital Chaos and Anupama’s Timely Return

Vasundhara downplays the situation, suggesting Ishani might be faking it, but Rahi sternly warns her to be careful with her words. When Rahi can't reach Prem, Vasundhara advises her to keep him away from the Shahs for now. Parag decides they should also head to the hospital.

Elsewhere, Mahi dismisses the panic, claiming Ishani is merely seeking attention and would never harm herself. Vasundhara seems convinced, interpreting Mahi's remarks as proof. At the hospital, however, the situation worsens as the doctor urgently requests an injection. The nurse almost drops it, but Anupama arrives just in time and prevents a disaster. Everyone is relieved to see her back. Leela expresses her gratitude, while Pakhi and Pari, both guilt-ridden, break down in Anupama's arms.

Mahi Proposes to Gautam, Leaving Him Shocked

Meanwhile, Mahi takes a bold step and proposes to Gautam, promising to help him gain custody of his child. She envisions a picture-perfect life together, but Gautam stands stunned by her confession. Back at the Shah residence, Leela asks Anupama if she plans to stay. Anupama replies that she will remain for a while but urges everyone else to return home. Pari continues to hold herself responsible for what happened, while Kinjal and Paritosh try to console her.

Tension Escalates at the Kothari Mansion

At the Kothari mansion, Mahi proudly tells Vasundhara and Parag that the meeting with their German client happened only because of Gautam's efforts. Vasundhara praises Gautam, but Mahi seizes the moment to demean Ansh. Prarthana intervenes, defending Ansh and confronting Mahi about her sudden favoritism toward Gautam. Just as Mahi is about to confess her feelings, Prarthana warns her not to cross the line.

Later, Rahi invites Ansh to celebrate Bhai Dooj with the family. Anupama too requests him to stay back, but Ansh refuses, saying he's tired of constantly being blamed for others' mistakes, especially those involving Pari and Ishani. He expresses frustration over carrying everyone's burdens, leaving Anupama heartbroken. Alone, she questions God, wondering why He continues to test her when all she wants is a chance to move forward in life.

In the precap, Anupama tries to bring cheer to the Shah household by preparing for Bhai Dooj celebrations. However, Paritosh refuses to perform the ritual with Pakhi, leaving everyone stunned. Adding to the tension, Pari reveals that Ansh won't attend either.

Determined to keep the family together, Anupama insists that he will come. But when Ansh arrives, he refuses to complete the ritual with Mahi, accusing her of sabotaging his career because of Gautam. Mahi is taken aback, asking why he would think that, and Ansh finally reveals the truth, Mahi is in love with Gautam. His revelation leaves both the Shahs and Kotharis in utter shock.
