Given how little he is promoted in this drama he seems to be an extended cameo. He might get a little more screentime in 3-4 episodes but that might be it.

He is a well known leading actor and if he had a full fledged role they would have promoted him well in the promos and teasers.

It was regarding Haq Meher and Alimony if Divorce happened I guess..Normally Groom run away from.. paying the Haq meher.. So they write off the Clause from the nikahnama

I don't think asfar can do anything regarding Aaliya's house issue. It's a family dispute and has nothing to do with his business. It's not like Aaliya is a big thread to his existence and the drama is not the kind to male characters to go to unimaginable extend to intimidate women.

On a legal pov i doubt he can use her house in any way. It's a pushtaini haveli which is in legal dispute among family members. Nobody can sell it without every stake holder agreeing.

Plus if he threatens Aaliya with her family in a show like this he will be a completely negative character which i don't think this show will have. Even if asfar don't believe in family bonds he seems to be a professional guy. Why would he go personal with Aaliya for professional reasons? This ain't a typical tashan wala masala story and asfar isn't the lead guy anyway. Even salman and Aaliya who are supposed to be haters to lovers troop didn't had any high octane drama happening between them. Their fights were all on a professional front.

If it's written off from the nikkahnama will it not hold importance in the court as well?

Most divorces end up in court only and so does whatever is written the the nikkah nama hold importance in the court?
