Nobody will ever say that because it's easier to bully the weaker person (I'm not saying Akshu is emotionally weak, she's stronger than all of them put together) but weak the way people assume someone to be just because they are limited with their words, actions and outbursts.

That is what Akshu said in the first leap promo too but Manjiri looks like a weak point for her, she did consider her to be her mother...what Arohi was in 1.0; Abhi and Manjiri are now seems like...she's unable to place her emotions around them.

Going to use this post to confirm something, so from what I understand one person can file a divorce petition if the spouse has abandoned them for 2 to 3 years, but one can’t get an instant divorce like how Abhi did, Akshu signed and for instance he goes the next day and files for divorce and gets it without her being present

Or as you are saying he kept communicating with her about the divorce through the Goenkas

and if Akshu was not instantly divorced she can’t remarry too within 7 months

I'm glad she never went back to goenkas after divorce. The way they are all chummy with birlas and act like doormats for birlas and let manjiri insult akshara whilst they stay quiet, if akshara returned to goenka house these besharam goenkas would have continued to be chummy with birlas and allowing them in their house whilst akshara is living there. Goenkas do not deserve akshara.

Here I'm thinking about Abhimanyu jealousy in future..... Some one stop me from thinking like thi s..My devilish mind want to see Abhimanyu getting jealous,Abhimanyu blasting everyone in that jealously ,Abhimanyu making plan with abhir just to spend time with his Akshu...🤣

Naira - they used to blame her for always running away.

But this becomes too much. akshara blamed for everything..from coming in btw Abhi and arohi...for Abhi condition..for neil dea** and what not..today manjari crossed all limits...at that moment I really wanna screamed out loudly

What annoys me most is the false blame on akshara that she comes between abhi and arohi. They all know abhi was never interested in arohi and it is akshara that he loves.

This is why I'm seriously pissed off with abhimanyu for his habit of swinging towards arohi anytime he feels akshara is not available to him because the moment he feels akshara is available to him he dumps arohi for his convenience to run to akshara and it is clearly akshara who gets the blame that she stole her sister's fiance when the blame solely lies with arohi and abhimanyu as arohi without caring that abhi has feelings for his sister always agrees to marry him like a despo and abhi uses arohi always to get back at akshara for rejecting him.

This may sound harsh but this is truth of abhimanyu, that he has always played with the two sisters as per his convenience.

I really feel terrible for Akshu .. Are they ever going to show clearly that this whole blaming Akshu as root cause for problems is utter rubbish .. why is every single person behaving like Akshara is really responsible for the death and somehow her pain is lesser than other people .. and thanks to the way they have portrayed things , I see that there are many Abhimanyu fans and regular viewers who also feel that Akshara was responsible for Niels death.. if they are going to prop oh are such ideas and use the rest of the cast to also endorse these views that yes somehow Akshu was responsible and hence Goenkas and Akshu will be mute when Birlas throw so much venom on the lady .. it will be really wrong .. any amount of suffering shown on Abhimanyu won’t really take away the amount of suffering Akshara has had to go through .. Abhimanyu and his family behaved horribly and criminally unfairly to a girl who had just lost everything and now everyone is busy trying toLessen the magnitude of that wrong by trying to say that the story and the people really hold Akshara responsible .. it is just that inspite of her crime Abhimanyu just realised after 6-7 years that he can’t live without her .. I don’t know how exactly redemption or Abhira will happen .. if Akshara died in that fire trying to save Abhimanyu or even in that hospital fire - would anyone blame Birlas? Or Abhimanyu ? Or if it was Akshara who had died will Manjari , Arohi, Abhimanyu and Goenkas break ties with him and throw him out of the house? Why is Akshara responsible for Niels death and how is it justified even a little bit that even after 6 years Manjari can still feel this much hatred and every single person except Kairav is walking on egg shells around her as if she is the one that needs the most care .. I am so very pissed off at what makers are trying to say .. Akshara really should just go away somewhere and raise her child by herself .. no one even needs to know where she is .. soMuch lack of respect , lack of compassion and kindness , so much toxicity and indifference ..

Both have to be present for case proceedings or must have a valid reason for not being present in the court
