Which show are you watching he cared enough to come when abhir coughed and his behavior was to make him eat his meds and AFAIK in one of the episode didn't arohi said kairav ruhi se bhi nahi milta 😔

The same show that everyone else is. Any decent person would tend to a sick child even if they were a stanger. So im not going to sing praises about him for doing the bare minimum. And I'm 100 percent sure he wouldn't have spoken the way he did if it was Ruhi in his place.

BP is very nice with Abhir. Abhir can flatter anybody. he is scaring for this guy.

I am making assumptions based on the behavior I have witnessed. When Ruhi barged into the hospital when he was yelling at Abhimanyu, he handled her very gently. And when he met Ruhi after a long time, he did not shove her away like he did with Abhir.
