You are damn right. Indians view anyone of opposite sex in a relationship and make assumptions. It is disgusting if they make assumptions even if you are with your brother and they think it is someone else or link you to a male teacher or boss or colleague or classmate or even link you to a male you speak to online.
I am against censorship too as I would like to see mentality of people of any era. I do not want to hide it. I would rather not get the book for a kid or warn them beforehand than edit the book itself.
