It doesn’t make sense that on one hand they’re trying to make it seem like Kim is aware of Pakistani culture but then not enough to know the dress culture or the family situation. If she knows how to read and write Urdu surely she must’ve read about the cultural norms when it comes to greetings and dress code . I feel like they should’ve just made her a non Urdu speaker who knows nothing about the country instead of half assing it.

Wohi toh She knows urdu but she does not know how to call your elders in urdu, that's a loophole or what? Either she should not be familiar with Urdu language but still if she is then she should have known the basic ethics and cultural values related to this language. When she can read and write english then she should have known what's difference between app and tum.

You know I get bored of ensamble cast , specially elders.😆 One reason I find Kuch Ankahi boring is the ensamble cast. I only want to watch the romance between leads.😳

Maya's character is bit irritating for me, so as of now i am not interesting in their romance and i don't think so that it is a romantic drama.

This drama seems all about Khursheed, her death, her revenge etc 😂

Kim's character is too annoying

This show is just full of bad stereotypes about American raised kids. Even if you weren’t raised in Pakistan no one just goes to people house and talks over them. Anyone with manners would know if your guest in people’s home you should try to not create problems . What idiot just goes around telling someone they don’t like them after meeting them for a day? I get she might have been startled after seeing Dawood in her room at night but after the explanation there was no need to be rude . And after the aunt told her the right way to address people she’s still like no I’m not related to anyone to call them bhai or aunty. This isn’t the result of being raised aboard , kim is just an idiot. How can you not be related to your dad’s family . I wish they didn’t use her as some representation of children raised abroad . The writer should’ve at least done some research .

Kim says she watched documentaries about Pakistan having terrorist that’s why she called Dawood a terrorist but in her research she should’ve also done research on the cultural norms in Pakistan. Dawood and his family are still holding a grudge against Kim’s father but they have enough manners to at least be respectful to their guest . At this point I can’t even root for their love story because Dawood deserves better then an idiot who keeps calling him a terrorist.

This episode totally ruined Kim for me ... her constant terrorist jaap is too much ... the way she ordered Dawood to plug charger who does that???

And David ? Who is she to name people ... can they not tone her down a bit... also she is in love already ... Dawood deserves better

Even in America or so called western culture when friends go to each other's place they say maam or sir or even children don't call their relatives by first name they call them uncle or aunt. But chalo I can even compromise on Kim taking elders name but why her lehja is so rude. Iqbal came to her room, out the khichri down and she said 'yeh kia hai'? rudely. Agar Kim sab ko 'stranger' bhi samajhti hai tou Americans phir bhi baat sab sai politely hi kartay hain especially jin kai ghar main thussa jamaye baithi hain muhtarma.

I mean Kim is not straightforward.. she is straight up badtameez.
