Baudi is pure besan ki sabzi like u have to make ingredients in besan and have to churn by hand in full speed so that there is no lump of besan for approx 15 min ...then that paste have to be so appropriate so that u can make small balls ..balls not to hard no to soft then have to deep fry it then immediately put them in water then keeping in water for only 2 ti 3 minutes then you can make gravy of besan and do tadka and all with Sabut dhaniya and all and serve it with jeera rice 🤣
