Coming back to your point, I feel like subconsciously he was intrigued by her. It's too early to call it attraction for I have not seen any indication of same. Maybe a man can give his point of view for I am unable to understand how he went through the act when the other party was disinterested and simply went through the mechanism of it. Since it's ITV and we only have our imagination, I am assuming that Katha did not participate but simply went through the motions. Does the man not see that? Now I am beginning to think that idiot is a very kind word for this moron🤣

No, Viaan sees that Katha is not comfortable, rather I would say enthusiastic. He asked her to leave if she was not comfortable, but she went ahead with the deal. Which is why it bothers him so much. He knows Katha did not sleep with him for love or attraction, like normally people do. Why would a person do something they don't like? Unlike the other girl who wanted to sleep so she could stay in company, Katha is talented and that alone is enough for her career. So career as reason is gone. For quick money, that's the only reason. Katha did it for money. Aarav needs the money. This fact we know, Katha knows but Viaan doesn't. Viaan is unable to understand why Katha who is single and lives alone, needs so much money in a day. So he attributes it her greed for quick and easy money.

@bold- This has bothered me so much. I mean even if she gave verbal consent nonverbal communication bhi kuch hota hai. When he went close to her she looked uncomfortable. She clearly wasn't happy with it. She just had blank expressions. So how did he really go through it? I mean Katha seemed so disinterested. Couldn't he sense it? Isse accha uss dusri employee ke saath hi ons karleta. Atleast she was interested in him and seemed very eager😆

If he had just walked away after insulting Katha phir bhi thik tha. I would never be able to understand how and why exactly he went through with this ons. He seemed so angry and offended when the other employee was flirting with him. And then he goes on to do the same with Katha. Even if we assume he liked her, why would he want to do all this in exchange of money? Shouldn't he be properly wooing her or something?

I understand what you mean. To be honest, it bothers me too. In fact, is there really consent or is it just obligation which the other party cannot see? I did not want to write about it as I did not want to stir the hornet's nest here. What kind of man goes through with this? I must have written this many times throughout my posts today but I really can't grasp this. Even though Viaan tried to explain to Ehsan yesterday, his reasons simply did not make sense. Anyway, Viaan is a grey character and not someone whom I like or respect currently. His main purpose in the show is to seek forgiveness for this act. Let us see whether he manages to convince Katha and us.

Yup I too don't want to dwell too much on it but it is something thats beyond my understanding . How could he not sense to that Katha ko shayad 1% bhi interest nahi hai? It would have been better if he just sent her out like he did to the other lady

I hope atleast later when he starts to open up we get to see what exactly was his psychology here?

And now he is acting holier than thou as if Katha used him.

His character should have a redemption track which should be able to overshadow all this. I mean he is okay as a standalone grey character but its difficult to imagine this is the man who Katha would some day fall for

Yes this....

He knows that she is not into him...He can feel that ...which is why he has this whole disconnect with the night and not be able to process it properly...

And also knowing that she is resisting, he went ahead and did it anyway... & that is why after knowing the truth he wouldn't be able to forgive himself for the night... I guess that part too is the main crux of the story, not only her forgiveness...

That is the trick they are playing. I mean he is mostly being laughed at due to his childish acts. Some may hate him but majority doesn't seem to take him seriously 😆 it would have been difficult for makers to pair them if Viaan had become a despised character

I confirm that I don't hate the character 😊 I have seen enough of life to understand that Viaan is broken on the inside. Katha is his trigger to get him on a path where he will be healed.

On another note, I really like Adnan and I may be in the minority here but I like his pairing with Aditi.
