Short update for those who are wondering what happened...
During the last part of phere, when the bride leads Raj notice a bulge under Urv's dupatta and she rushes to grab it. The potli containing drugs is broken and it falls over Urv's head. Before Urv could cook up a story Raj says I know what you will say as always you will put the blame on me. But it is strange that she didn't notice the weight of the potli she carried if it was done unknowingly and if she (Raj) wanted to trap Urv she would have placed just an unnoticeably small amount of drugs, coz it wouldn't have mattered how less she (Urv) carried on her when she was caught holding drugs. Raj points out the different times Urv tried to cheat Arj and family for money. Police says it is a costly drug and someone well connected in that business was involved. Raj mentions the nakli Mama.
Urv and her family tries to convince those present that they are rich and didn't need to resort to such activities. Raj asks Naman to tell everyone that Urv was after Arj's money and Naman agrees with what Raj said. He says that he paid a large instalment to the debtors for the fake of his friendship with Urv.
Urv goes " Why are you silent baby? " By then our hero bhaiyya retrieve the deleted vid from Raj's mobile signals her and throws the phone to her. Raj tells Arj to see the proof and shows the vid to him. Madhu wants to know what is being shown and he shows the video to all.
Urv tries to make excuses but Arj shouts at her for speaking against *his Rajjo*.
In the locked room Mano gets happy hearing Arj babu shouting *hamari Rajjo*.
Arj gets angry on Urv, saying he trusted her blindly and she was the choice of his family and him. But she was just an opportunist. He asks the police to take her away before he does something in anger. Even Madhu rages at her for taking her lalla's name with her Gandhi suban!!
Urv says anyone would have done what she did to survive and Arj says not Rajjo.He says her mom was in coma, despite that she went through all humiliation and pain to save him, thus placing him above all.
He even throws his ring at her!
Chirag and Sia can't contain their happiness and is all smile throughout the outburst. Kal thinks that with Urv being exposed and Raj proving her innocence seems to be an indication from heavens to make her give a chance to Chirag and their marriage.
Precap:
Raj asks Chirag to free her maayi now that she has proved her innocence, so that they can leave as she promised. Madhu announces that Rajjo will not be going anywhere as she fulfilled her patni dharm and saved her suhaag from trap, what she as a mother could not accomplish. She says Rajjo will live with them as her choti bahu , Rajjo Arjun Singh Thakur!!!
Musings:
The sudden development in the show has kind of left me surprised. I expect all this to end up as someone's dream 😆
Was Naman's role needed in the show? May be it will not end just yet. He looked baffled looking at the drug dusted Urv. May be he didn't support Urv coz he was saving his own skin and helping her would have traced the drug deal to him.
Anyways as I mentioned before, I wish for proper redemption before Arjjo going all lovey dovey. Madhu's shocking acceptance of Raj points to the chance of the show becoming another saas bahu saga
