When I saw the curtain scene again with Ayesha's emotional monologue (before she realized her love for Virat), that's when I realized that they had actually mentioned the curtain replacing the pillows. That's when I realized why they did not show a pillow removal scene. It was lousy though ! They should have never replaced the pillows with curtains. The curtains had no significance, but the pillows did..2 second ka scene chipkadiya in suhagraat 2.0 with V removing the curtains 🤔

See I am not Sairat fan anymore, I was at one point and those little details did matter. But we like it or not, they have completely ruined every essence n made their relationship superficial. Especially post Shruti track. They were on some different tangent n rushed through like anything. Even consummation was so sudden! No conversation nothing.

They r lucky people loved this pair so much that despite all these many fans supported them. But I dont think these makers deserve so much love. They have taken it for granted.

Same. This show needs to end. That's it.

singhar kila actually is a fort in MP, I think.

But wrt the storyline, when Sai and Virat first slept together in the same bed post-marriage, Sai accidentally threw her hand over Virat. Virat tried to remove it without waking her up, but she woke up anyway and was quite embarrassed. So, she made a 'border' with the help of pillows, and Virat teased her saying, "You should have taken admission in an architect college, coz the way you have created this Singhar Kila, you would have been quite good at that job"

And since then they always slept with the pillow fort between them, known as the beloved "Singhar Kila"

This scene…

Does anyone feel Neil’s voice modulation was much different then.
It happened post Virat hot shot n Sai came back. In episodes before that especially with Sai his tone n voice modulation was very different.

I think they were used to rehearse a lot back then. Were used to do script reading sessions. Now its just remember dialogues n say it.

Back then, his voice modulations were amazing...

[*Things we really wished to see removed with a huge spectacle]

Bonus: "Anjaan Rishte ne Baandhaan hai hum ko" and "Laal Ishq"

My favorite stays the firsts- Pen Virat gave to Sai.

N even more important- the note she made him with that pen. She had nothing at that point to return the favor n it was best she could give.

I see that Sai n the one now - so innocent she was n how miserable Virat n his family made her! All she wanted was complete her study n become a doctor. I wish he let her go after graduation. Instead of bringing this pregnancy crap they could have separated them then w Shruti track MU. 🤦‍♀️

Its near Pune. Original name was Kondhana.

It was won by Shivaji Maharaj from Mughal rulers with the help of his subhedar Tanaji Malusare (the latest Ajay Devgan movie is on him).

Tanaji died in the battle and Shivaji Maharaj was said to have remarked "Gad aala pan sinha gela" ... "We captured the fort but we lost a lion"

It was after this battle that the fort was renamed as Sinhagad

Oh, I had no idea. I thought it was the Singorgarh (or something like that) kila they were referring to.

Thanks for the info!

Yes! In the beginning Neil was imo one of the best actors. Not just voice modulations, almost every scene by him was so good, and it all looked really natural.

But now, Neil only gives repetitive expressions, and worse than that, his acting lacks depth now. In the beginning, he was able to convey complex emotions, but now it feels like he can convey only a single simple emotion.

For eg, the scene where Sai was talking about Aaba infront of the commissioner, the only way to see Virat getting slightly emotional was to notice him turning away and wiping one of his eyes with his thumb. And that looked so fake and forced. The entire time his body posture was rigid and his face was twisted into angry young man expression. There was no posture softening, no pained look in his eyes, no guilt, no sadness, no nothing. And that really sucked!

At this point, I feel like it is not just the writing but Neil who is more responsible for the rude and cruel character of Virat. The makers do wish to show there is something between Sai and Virat, but Neil doesn't show any such thing in his face, unless there is a blatant hand touching, getting lost in memories scene, which due to lack of any subtlety feels too much too fast.

If there was even a single scene of Virat, unknowingly to Sai, looking at her with concern, fear, and gratefulness, looking happy that she is alive, or looking at her with love, I am pretty sure many people in this fandom would have changed their opinion on SaiRat.
