David’s hanky that he always carried was missing from his pocket after the murder. 

When I was walking back from the toilet I heard screams and footsteps.

10. the CMO was blackmailing David and me and kept asking for more money, the CMO was never pleased even after we paid them. The COO was overpricing contracts and faking revenue with David and wanted to escape legal punishment. It could be either of these 2 people
